Unfortunately due to personal circumstances we were unable to stay at the hotel . Ms Jia Yee Tai ( assistant front desk manager) was incredibly kind to us , as we had no choice but to move through not fault of this hotel. She is the epitome of brilliant customer service , thank you so much you were a absolute superstar

I would like to express my heartfelt appreciation for the wonderful hospitality extended to me during my stay in July 2026. My time at Conrad Singapore Orchard was truly memorable. From the moment I arrived, every team member made me feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. The warmth, attentiveness, and professionalism displayed throughout my stay made the experience exceptionally special. A very special thank you to Andy (Room Attendant) for the thoughtful turndown service. The beautifully arranged amenities featuring the adorable Bunny and Cony decorations brought back cherished childhood memories and added a personal touch that brightened my stay. I would also like to extend my sincere gratitude to Su Su Htwe (Housekeeping) and Nay Nay (F&B) for your kindness, warmth, and excellent service. Your dedication, professionalism, and genuine hospitality did not go unnoticed and were truly appreciated. In addition, I would like to thank Ms. Emily Tay for taking the time to meet me and for the thoughtful gift. Even though we did not have much time to chat or get to know each other, your kindness and generosity left a lasting impression on me. We stayed at the Conrad Singapore Orchard for six days in 2025 and had an absolutely wonderful experience. Location & Transport: Located right in the heart of the famous Orchard Road shopping district, the hotel is slightly removed from the Marina Bay area, but exceptionally well-connected. The underground MRT station is only about 100 meters away, making getting around Singapore effortless. Room & Executive Lounge: We stayed on the top floor with Executive Lounge access. Our room offered fantastic city views and the convenience of being just steps away from the lounge whenever we wanted a coffee or an evening drink. The Executive Lounge offerings were outstanding—so generous, in fact, that we skipped dinner on a few nights! Considering drinks in Singapore can easily cost 30–40 SGD at nearby spots, the lounge value was a huge plus. Dining & Service: Breakfast was incredibly rich, featuring an extensive mix of Asian specialties and international dishes. The only minor downside was a queue at the breakfast restaurant in the mornings, but it moved quickly and was never a major issue. The staff throughout the hotel were exceptionally kind, warm, and attentive, making any small wait completely forgettable. Verdict: Highly recommended for anyone looking for great facilities, top-tier amenities, and outstanding hospitality in Singapore!

Conrad Orchard was a wonderful experience for a short layover stay of 1 night. It started with a wonderful welcome from Svea who tried her best to check us in early but because nothing was available, she gave us access to the amenities and let us store our bags. She also recommended a spot for a quick breakfast before we set out to explore the city. The staff are very friendly and give good recommendations for things to do and places to go. Our suite was spacious, clean, modern and very comfortable. I would highly recommend the Conrad Orchard.
