Excellent hotel, excellent location. very attentive staff. happy to have interacted with Mr Ramesh at the Executive Lounge as well as Jolene, very welcoming front desk staff and the food at the Singapore themed restaurant was superb. The breakfast at the first floor restaurant was more than adequate. very comfortable rooms

The hotel is beautifully maintained and operates to a high standard, with excellent facilities and friendly staff. However, it sometimes felt a little too controlled at the pool, and simple requests took longer than expected. To order one beer took ages to serve from Basilico next door. Also We had to wait a long time till midnight for an extra blanket, which was disappointing. Overall, it was a very good stay, but more flexibility at the pool and quicker service would make the experience even better.

My family of six stayed at the Conrad Singapore from June 24 to June 29. As Hilton Diamond members, we have stayed at Conrad properties in Egypt (before its closure) and Istanbul, but the service at Conrad Singapore surpassed all of our expectations. Before our arrival, we knew our flight would land around 7:00 a.m., so we requested an early check-in, hoping we might be able to access our room by around 11:00 a.m. To our surprise and delight, the hotel had our room ready when we arrived at 7:00 a.m. Even more impressive, we were upgraded from a standard two-bedroom accommodation to an incredible two-bedroom apartment suite. It featured 2½ bathrooms, walk-in closets, a soaking tub, three balconies, and more than enough space for our family, including our four children (ages 16, 14, 10, and 8). It was a big hotel, but extremely clean with minimal noise. The location is perfect for the MRT and close to a shopping area for daily needs too. If the experience had ended there, I would have considered it outstanding. However, what truly made our stay exceptional was the people. Bernadette, who greeted guests each morning at the Basilico breakfast buffet, was simply phenomenal. She welcomed us warmly every day, remembered us by name, and consistently made sure there was enough seating for our entire group of ten, since extended family joined us on this vacation. That may sound like a small detail, but having our whole family enjoy breakfast together each morning meant so much to us. The breakfast itself was among the best we've experienced anywhere in the world. The selection was remarkable, featuring Asian, American, and Indian cuisine, along with an incredible assortment of fresh fruits, pastries, and beverages. Fresh juices were available every day, and during our last three mornings I requested freshly made carrot juice. It was prepared especially for me each time at no additional charge. As vegans, we were especially grateful that the chefs went out of their way to accommodate our dietary needs, even providing vegan yogurt and other thoughtful options. Sunil, the Operations Manager, also deserves special recognition. He took the time to engage with our family, checked on us regularly, and ensured everything was running smoothly. His genuine hospitality made us feel truly valued. The Executive Lounge was another highlight of our stay. During evening cocktail hour they even offered vegan meatballs, which was a pleasant surprise. One thing families should know is that children under 12 are not permitted in the lounge from 6:00–8:00 p.m. because alcoholic beverages are served. Other than that policy, our lounge experience was excellent. Finally, I want to thank Minh, who came to our rescue on departure day. I had waited until the last minute to arrange transportation for our family of six with several pieces of luggage, and Grab prices had become very expensive. Minh quickly helped us secure an affordable taxi, relieving what could have been a stressful situation. We have traveled extensively around the world, and as Hilton Diamond members we have stayed at many outstanding hotels. Conrad Singapore provided, without question, the best combination of service, accommodations, recognition of elite status, and overall value that we have ever experienced. We will absolutely stay here again, and I give Conrad Singapore my highest recommendation.

Great hotel and staff! I am lifetime diamond and we stayed here as a family with teenagers on our first 4 nights of traveling in Southeast Asia vacation. We were upgraded to an executive suite complimentary upon arrival. The breakfast is expansive and delicious with various stations of different foods from around the world. The staff is wonderful and friendly! I would definitely stay here again!

I don’t know if you’ve ever had the opportunity to visit Singapore, but it is genuinely one of the most impressive destinations I’ve ever experienced. From the moment you step off the plane, you realise this is a country that does everything exceptionally well. Even arriving at Changi Airport is an experience in itself. Frequently ranked among the best airports in the world, it’s far more than just a transport hub—it’s a destination. The beautifully carpeted walkways, stunning contemporary design, lush greenery, spectacular water features, and the sheer scale of the terminal create an unforgettable first impression. Everything is immaculate, organised, and designed to make your arrival effortless. That feeling continues throughout Singapore. Whether you’re travelling by MRT, taxi or simply walking through the city, you can’t help but admire the remarkable architecture. The skyline effortlessly blends futuristic skyscrapers with tropical greenery, creating one of the cleanest, safest and most visually striking cities I’ve ever visited. For my stay, I chose the Hilton Conrad Singapore Orchard, and from the moment I arrived until the moment I reluctantly checked out, the experience was nothing short of outstanding. The hotel itself is an impressive landmark, beautifully designed and situated in the prestigious Orchard Road district. The lobby immediately gives you a sense of understated luxury, with elegant décor, warm lighting and attentive staff who make you feel genuinely welcome. Check-in was smooth, efficient and delivered with genuine hospitality, setting the tone for the rest of my stay. My room was beautifully appointed and exceptionally comfortable. The enormous bed was incredibly comfortable and guaranteed a fantastic night’s sleep after exploring the city. The room featured electric blackout blinds, modern technology throughout, a spacious bathroom with both a separate bath and walk-in rainfall shower, and every amenity you could reasonably expect from a luxury five-star hotel. Everything was spotless and maintained to an exceptionally high standard. One of the highlights of the stay was undoubtedly the Executive Lounge. It is an elegant and peaceful space, offering both indoor seating and a beautiful outdoor balcony area with calming water features that create a relaxing atmosphere away from the city’s bustle. The lounge offers a fantastic selection throughout the day, including breakfast, afternoon refreshments and an excellent evening service. During the evening, guests can help themselves to an impressive range of Prosecco, wines, premium spirits and soft drinks, accompanied by an excellent selection of hot and cold dishes. The quality of the food was genuinely impressive, making it feel far more like a fine dining experience than typical lounge offerings. Breakfast in the Executive Lounge was equally enjoyable, offering both Western favourites alongside delicious Asian options, providing plenty of variety each morning. The main breakfast restaurant was equally impressive, catering for every possible taste. Alongside traditional Western breakfast items, there were freshly prepared Asian dishes including ramen and other local specialities, allowing guests to sample Singapore’s incredible food culture without even leaving the hotel. Everything was fresh, beautifully presented and constantly replenished. What truly elevated this stay, however, was the people. Every member of staff I encountered was warm, friendly and genuinely eager to help. From the reception team to the Executive Lounge staff and the housekeeping team, everyone consistently greeted guests with smiles and professionalism. Housekeeping was particularly respectful, maintaining the room impeccably while always working around my schedule. It’s the kind of service that makes you feel genuinely valued rather than simply accommodated. Another welcome benefit was the flexibility around checkout, with late checkout options available, allowing me to enjoy my final morning without feeling rushed before my departure. Although my visit to Singapore was relatively short, I made time to explore parts of this incredible city. Walking through its immaculate streets, admiring its world-famous architecture and experiencing its unique blend of modern innovation and lush greenery only left me wanting to see more. Singapore is one of those places that feels effortlessly sophisticated while remaining welcoming and accessible. Looking back, the Conrad Singapore Orchard was the perfect base for exploring this remarkable city. It combines luxurious accommodation, exceptional dining, first-class facilities and genuinely outstanding hospitality. It’s rare to stay somewhere where every aspect of the experience consistently exceeds expectations, but this hotel managed exactly that. Without hesitation, I would return to both Singapore and the Conrad Singapore Orchard. It was a memorable stay in one of the world’s most fascinating cities, and I left already looking forward to the opportunity to come back and explore even more.
