Lived up to the hype and our admittedly high expectations for a 20th anniversary trip! Our major domo Sean was the best, the attention to detail at every turn was spot on but never obtrusive! Loved paddle boarding at sunset, a short walk to second beach for a run off the beaten path in an old sugar plantation and arguably the best food & massage we’ve had in a long time - and the bar was high! Incredibly private and romantic! The resort yacht was an awesome way to spend the afternoon!

The Jade Mountain resort is paradise. The rooms are amazing, the food is wonderful and the staff are friendly and helpful. We wondered if having the open wall in our room would allow bugs and critters into the room, but we never saw any, a few small (cute) birds come in to the room in the morning in the hope of breakfast, but they don't come far in and are they add to the experience. The view from our sanctuary was fantastic and even with the open wall, completely private. Having a major domo on call 24hrs a day to look after your needs is so over the top it's almost embarrassing. But they were lovely people and made us so welcome. We had anniversary dinner on the beach at sunset and it was an unforgettable experience. Out stay exceeded our expectations- and we have the greatest memories from this vacation.

What an incredible hotel, literally the best I’ve ever stayed at. The views, the service. That room! I can’t praise it highly enough. A big shout out to our butler, Teddy, who was an absolute legend. He helped me look for my earpods when I lost them and no stone was left unturned. Thanks so much Teddy and team for a brilliant stay.

What a magical place to celebrate our 25th anniversary! Every view looks picture perfect as if you are in a movie. Our Moon Sanctuary room was insane...lots of closet space, a refrigerator filled with water and sodas, huge bathroom space and all of it so open to the gorgeous view outdoors! We read the reviews so we were prepared for the lack of ac and the room does get quite warm. We were not ready for the early wake up from the birds flying in and the bright sun. We enjoyed breakfast in our room. The service was terrific. Everyone was so kind and solicitous... it was almost embarrassing. The road to get there is as horrible as the reviews say so be prepared and take some dramamine. We ventured down to the beach for an hour and quickly realized there was no reason to leave our room. We only stayed 2 nights (more than enough time) and then took a water taxi (much better ride) over to Sugar Beach for our next 3 nights. We had the best of all worlds!

Stunning views so beautiful you won’t want to leave your room. Staff so attentive you’ll forget real life for a while. This place is pure magic. Keep in mind you may have to walk a lot if you want to go down to the beach and to restaurants randomly. They do have a car shuttle at certain times.
