For 750 bucks, I couldn’t tell if this was for 5 nights or 1. Place felt like a cheap hotel and service was terrible. Shower wouldn’t drain, pee stains in the bath tub, hella random charges, ultimately a trash place to spend your money. Didn’t get compensation after our room got downgraded. Just go to a motel nearby and I bet you will get better service. Also hella dirty rooms with Cheetos crumbs near the bed, nothing like a five star hotel.

Walls are thin and there are weddings with loud music into the night. Not okay for the $$ paid. I won’t be staying here again. Very disappointed.

What a terrific Tahoe location! And the staff was so friendly. A special shout-out to Stephanie at the front desk and hotel manager Ben! Wonderful Tahoe getaway hotel!

The staff at the front desk are so hit or miss that this cannot be ranked higher than 3 stars. Came earlier than check-in time at 4pm because flight got in at 9am, arrived to hotel at 11am from Airport. Staff did not offer a place to store bags, did not offer beach access, did not really even greet us. We asked a few times before they helped us store our bags before check-in. Then we walked to the beach, only to find out we need the pass from them that is included in our stay. Overall service was poor. Nice to get s'mores. The spa has only 4 treatment rooms, so book early in your stay or in advance. If you are a group larger than 4 people, you will not be able to get treatments at the same time. No real amenities at this spa other than a steam shower. If you book a treatment and add some add-ons it will not extend the time of the treatment, they will just work into the 50 or 80 minutes. The restaurant seemed fine, did not eat there. Room had a view of the parking lot... lots of dings on the walls. The housekeeping literally only make the bed and remove old towels. They do not tidy up the room, which seemed odd to me. For example, I had my hotel robe on the bed, they did not hang it back up or replace it, just made the bed and left it crumpled on top of the made sheets... the toilet paper roll was never changed for us, we had to do that. For $500+ a night I would expect the housekeeping to put the new roll on the holder. Overall great location in South Lake Tahoe and the included shuttle was pretty nice. Would not stay again.

The shuttle driver Ben, and Kevin in the restaurant are the standouts at this hotel. The restaurant had great food so hats off to the chef. In addition the female bartender was making great martinis. Now to the hotel, the value wasn’t there for us. Traveling with our little dog and we reserved a Lakeview room. My only request was an upper level. At almost 900 a night it’s not a big ask. I asked again at check-in and the girl training mumbled something about room category. We were given a small room on the ground level. It had a small patio and a fire pit and the lake view so we didn’t complain about. As the stay went on we realized what a waste the room was. The shower handle did not stay upright the holder was propped up on the wall so we didn’t notice til the morning when you try to use it. The shower door glass was coming out of the hinge at the top( but we noticed that immediately and they repaired it immediately. The coffee maker did this thing when the handle would pop up mid brew and then clear water drained out into the reservoir. I noticed coffee stains in the wall above it so this was a known issue. The room thermostats did not cool down at night. And being on the first floor I couldn’t leave the sliders open so we had to endure the musty room for two nights. Lastly the walls are thin and you can hear conversation and tv noise from your neighbor. I mentioned at checkout the coffee maker and shower handle so the girl gave me 1 night of parking credit… Like I said the value wasn’t there for us and perhaps I should have complained but sometimes you just don’t have the energy.
