Spacious rooms, I got two and as I was traveling with family. Each room has a fireplace inside, the rooms have a nice layout, nice decor, and a balcony, There's a small desk area, which I used as I had some work to do. Yes, even on vacation. Inside is a sitting area, a great bathroom, good toiletries, friendly housekeeping service. I enjoyed Jimmy's restaurant, terrific food and service. I'm glad I stayed 4 nights, got a chance to really enjoy it. I wished I had gone to the pool and hot spa and the gym. On the other hand, my other family members went to get a massage at the Spa. They enjoyed that.

I cannot praise this establishment more for their professionalism, compassion, readiness and willingness to support the wedding of our dreams. My husband and I used the Landing as our wedding and reception venue, after we had been in a pickle and had a time constraint to find a last minute venue just a month and a half before the big day. Chelsea, the Sales Manager, is truly a godsend and was amazingly sweet and understanding of the little bumps that we experienced along the way. She and her team excelled at making our wedding day dreams come true and we highly recommend the Landing as your go to wedding day venue, but also as a tranquil and beautiful resort to spend your vacation. The room we stayed in was spacious, updated and had heated floors and seats in the bathroom. Lush robes and slippers, delicious cocktails and the best view of South Lake, that you could imagine. Jimmy's restaurant had delicious food and beverages and everyone made us feel loved and welcome from the start! Thank you so much for the hospitality!

My husband and I booked a lakeview room for our honeymoon. At the time of reservation there was only double bed rooms available so I had requested a single bed if one became available. We got into town before check in time but came in early. On arrival we were immediately greeted and congratulated for our wedding and informed that we got a free upgrade to the premium lakeview suite. As if that wasn’t kind enough, there was also chocolate and cold wine waiting for us in the room too! The huge balcony was amazing for sunsets and sunbathing, the fireplace was cozy at night and the bathroom was luxurious with the heated floors, towel rack, steamer shower, and jetted tub. We were just steps away from the beach. Every staff member we came across had a smile on their face as they greeted everyone coming and going. They were either great actors or truly love their jobs. They did a great job at making us feel special during our trip. It could not have been any more perfect. 10/10 I will highly recommend to anyone I know visiting Lake Tahoe

We stayed in mid-April in a larger premier room. Great for a family and dog that need a little extra space with a partial view of the lake and small outside patio. We can’t wait to return. Thank you! Pros; Super dog friendly. Dogs are allowed everywhere. Excellent location on a beautiful large beach that is dog friendly in the off-season. Great, friendly service. Clean. The shuttle is high-end an a great option if you don’t want to drive. The design and furniture high-end. The fire-pits are a great way to enjoy a sunset cocktail. Jimmy’s; good service and food. Cons; Wifi was spotty. The experience at the pool was lacking and unclean. It is in need of some amenities; umbrellas, more seating, plants. Our room was directly beneath the heater unit for the entire hotel so it was a bit noisy at times.

Great experience. We got the premium suite with lakeview and it was spectacular. The view was 100% Lake Tahoe in all its splendor. Our room had a fireplace that worked perfect and the bathroom was very nice with shower/steam sauna and hot tub. King bed comfortable and it was quiet (important for me). All employees that we interacted with were very professional. We had the complimentary continental breakfast during the week and it was fine. We also ate at Jimmy's two nights and the food and service was very good.
