Anantara Dhigu Resort & Spa

We had a wonderful stay at Anantara Dhigu Maldives Resort, and one of the highlights of our trip was our butler, Kadir. From the moment we arrived until our departure, Kadir was always attentive, friendly, and incredibly helpful. He responded promptly to all of our requests, arranged buggy transportation, assisted with restaurant reservations, and made sure everything went smoothly throughout our stay. His professionalism, warm hospitality, and genuine care made our family feel truly welcomed. Thanks to Kadir, our vacation was relaxing, seamless, and full of wonderful memories. We would also like to thank the entire Anantara Dhigu team for their excellent service, but Kadir truly went above and beyond. A wonderful few days in the Maldives. The resort is superb - very friendly staff and a wonderful personal butler in Kadir. Food overall excellent though didn’t rate Origami- overcooked lobster! Everything else was fantastic- like paradise.

Anantara exceeded every expectation! It was the true definition of paradise. The rooms were modern and clean (the outdoor bathroom was incredible!), the restaurants were diverse with absolutely incredible food quality, plenty of paid and free activities on offer but mostly the staff were amazing. Maazin, Ravi, Opal, Fareeh and Sajer - we miss you and bonded so well with you, especially our children, thank you for taking such good care of us. The Resort was a comfortable 30 min boat ride from Malè. It would be a dream to return one day. Thank you!

This is our second time at Anantara Dighu resort and again, we had a fantastic experience. All members off staff are kind and always willing to help, smiles everywhere. Special mention to our villa hosts Akobir and Kadir who assisted us throughout our stay. We enjoyed full board service so we were able to have lunch and diner at all restaurants. Food was amazing! We especially loved Cumin restaurant, where the staff were very friendly and the food was delicious. There is a fantastic music duet who play live music every night . We truly enjoyed their performances. On another note, found it very convenient to be able to enjoy the adults only swimming pool at Veli resort, a peaceful place to relax and enjoy some cocktails. We hope to come back to Anantara Dighu or Veli.

The location is perfect and everything is super convenient here. The climate is lovely with nice weather every day. The sea water is incredibly blue. Our water villa is spacious with amazing views, we have such a comfortable stay. The buffet has a huge variety of food and everything tastes delicious
