Our stay at Anantara Dhigu Maldives Resort was unforgettable. Everything was perfectly organized and the staff made us feel welcome and cared for. This was more than just a vacation - it was a place where we truly disconnected from the world and recharged completely.

We are currently staying at the hotel and having a very pleasant experience in many areas. The food is outstanding, the cleanliness is top-notch, and the hotel is absolutely recommended for families. A huge thank you to Shujaau – he is incredibly kind and has been taking excellent care of us. Unfortunately, we have experienced significant issues regarding our stay extension and late check-out. The process was dragged out for days, and we are still having to handle it ourselves in the lobby. What has shocked us most during our stay is the behavior of the Manager. When we asked to speak with her, she simply walked past us without a word—no "hello," no eye contact, and no introduction. She sat at the computer for a moment and then left as if we weren't even there. I actually had to ask another staff member if that lady was indeed the Manager. We stayed at the Anantara Layan Phuket in 2017, where the Manager literally ran to our taxi to open the door and personally welcome us. The management here could learn a lot from that level of warmth and professionalism. It is a shame to ignore guests in such a manner while they are still here.

When we arrived on the island, we were redirected to Anantara Veli without our consent. We had to spend 3 days of our 6-day holiday eating at the same restaurants serving the same food. Even though we purchased an all-inclusive package, almost everything we wanted was charged extra. Later, we moved to the Dhigu villas, but there wasn’t even a welcome cocktail. We arrived at an empty room with no treats or hospitality gestures. In 5-star hotels, prosecco is usually a complimentary welcome amenity, but not here. There were not even exotic fruits in the room. At lunch, I asked for oysters and they were also chargeable. The sea is magnificent, and the nature is breathtaking. However, they are extremely stingy when it comes to food and constantly try to charge extra for everything. This really disappointed us. I am now asking myself whether I would come here again — and my answer is no.

We had the most incredible stay at this beautiful hotel in the Maldives! From the moment we arrived, everything felt like a dream — crystal-clear turquoise waters, white sandy beaches, and stunning villas that offered both luxury and privacy. The facilities were exceptional and every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. A special thank you goes to Elizaveta, who was our personal assistant during our stay. She was always kind, professional, and ready to help with anything we needed. Whether it was arranging activities, making reservations, or simply answering our questions, she made everything effortless and stress-free. Thank you for making our experience even better!
