Everything was perfect. Me and my wife traveled with our 1 year old daughter and we had a blast. Everything was too nautch. The villa we stayed in was so luxurious. Food was super yummy. The activities for adults and kids are so engaging. All in all it’s a perfect destination.

In my experience, the hallmarks of good hotel staff include friendliness, attentiveness, and a genuine desire to ensure guests have a wonderful stay. Here, employees greet guests warmly, anticipate their needs, and go the extra mile to provide exceptional service. They are knowledgeable about the hotel's amenities and the local area, and they are able to provide helpful recommendations. Prompt and efficient handling of requests, from dinner reservations to luggage assistance. Additionally, all hotel employees maintain a positive and professional demeanor, even during busy or challenging situations, demonstrate strong customer service skills. The staff here are able to make guests feel valued, comfortable and well-cared for throughout their entire stay. The small gestures, like remembering guest names or preferences, can go a long way towards creating a memorable and enjoyable hotel experience. Special to Mention, Mhelen and Azim from restro, Adam our butler, Dsouza the butler manager, Bala the Bar manager, Sheevan and Atif the photographers and Laina and other front office staff and Srikanth the buggy driver! All the staff is just amazing!

Me and my wife stayed here on our honeymoon and it was the best place we have ever stayed. The resort is beautiful and the service is 10/10. The food in the restaurant is incredible! We tried something new every night and everything tasted exceptional. Could not recommend the resort highly enough. We will definitely be back. A special thank you to Niju, Ismail, Shafiu, Riya, Azim and Iyufan in the restaurant for top service every single night. And for the amazing lava cake desert! Beautiful small island and not too far from the Male airport by speed boat. Water villa with the plunge pool are well maintained and good size too. We stayed in water villa for three nights and then we were upgraded to the beach villa with pool which was amazing and really nice size and had outdoor shower. All the staff were very friendly and so helpful. Special thanks to all the staff in 24 degrees and our butler Mohamed.

Taj Exotica Maldives was recommended to us by friends as an amazing resort with a service unbelievably awesome. This was indeed the case and the complimentary upgrade for our 41st wedding anniversary was very much appreciated. We were on full board and had our breakfast, lunch & dinner at 24 degrees restaurant . This is an amazing location within the resort and all the members of staff were more than willing to organise various off the already diverse menu. The whole concept is based on an a la carte basis which is absolutely a treat. Drinks, including water, is chargeable but is reasonably priced for the Maldives as a general rule. The Executive Chef, Rajesh Singh, is an excellent chef at cooking the variety of dishes on the menu plus others which he inspires and executes beyond belief. There are too many people to mention personally but everyone from the reception, garden keepers, buggy drivers, house keeping, etc are exceptional. A special thanks to the whole team at 24 degrees for making our dining experience there for breakfast, lunch & dinner exceptional. The team at this venue consisted namely of Rajesh Singh ( Executive Chef and his colleagues), and the following as well: Shafiu, Riyaz, Ismail, Hassan, Mhelen, Aiwaan, Irufaan, Azzam. In fact, the whole team of Taj Exotica Maldives need to be appreciated for making a stay there a most memorable and beautiful experience.
