Went there for Thanksgiving. You might not think that is the best time to visit Bermuda, but it can be very nice and still warm that time of year, We were disappointed that the beach sea food restaurant was not open, but there are a number of other options. Breakfast is terrific in their Windows restaurant, with an elaborate all-you-can eat buffet, In fact, we prepaid for that breakfast every day (at a slight discount) knowing how good it was. It is also (in my opinion) the best choice for Thanksgiving dinner. It has a lavish buffet. The rooms are nice, but the suites are better. After a day of good sleep, a family with kids that like to play basketball indoors moved in above us. The only option the manager could come up with was for us to move to the Gold Floor. We had to pay extra, but the Gold Floor is really worth it, in our opinion. We did not take advantage of the breakfast buffet because we previously paid for Windows. But everything else was first class on the Gold Floor. If we return (and I presume we will) I'm sure we will want to Gold Floor next time.

Hotel service was fine. Bar drinks excellent, be aware that the tip is included on the bar bill. Hotel has a shuttle to bring you back and forth to their private beach which has a bar and restaurant on the beach. There is a ferry ride into town that's included. After 6:30 pm the spa pool opens to all. There is a jacuzzi and waterfall as well. Outside pool also has an eatery and bar. Golf course is in great shape and costs about $250 to play. They recently opened a new sports bar with a bar menu on top of the golf shop. Front desk gives out free water bottles every day. You just need to ask. Had the best dinner at Fourways Inn. Need to make reservations. Unfortunately when I was there, some restaurants were closed like the Waterloo and Oceans.

The rooms are large and the view was amazing. Everyone was very nice and accommodating. The furniture was a bit dated but I can imagine it sees a lot of traffic with many tourists. The room service was extremely expensive but the food was good and arrived in a timely fashion. I would definitely stay there again.

Can’t say enough about this exquisite resort! From the moment we arrived at 11 am, we were treated like gold! No worries that we were early. We were encouraged to start enjoying the facilities right away and a rush was put on our room to allow us early access. We were able to store our luggage until the room was ready. The room is spacious and bright, overlooking the pool and the ocean. A walk-in closet allows you to store your luggage out of the way. A delightful balcony is perfect for sipping cocktails and/or morning coffee while overlooking the breathtaking view. A convenient shuttle takes you from one feature to another. The resort advertises itself as family-friendly, something evidenced by the number of families with infants and or toddlers. A lovely playroom is also on site. The resort features golf, tennis, a gorgeous beach as well as the afore-mentioned pool. We were somewhat disappointed that the oceanside restaurant bar is closed during the winter. Food everywhere we’ve eaten has been excellent as has been the service. The Fairmont is known for his outstanding quality of service and facilities and this hotel/Resort is no exception.

Big, pink hotel at the top of a hill. Nice enough. Friendly staff. Outdoor pool and hot tub. Spa with indoor pool and outdoor hot tub. The building needs a bit of a tune up. 18 hole, Par 3, golf course on property is worth playing. Bermuda is expensive and this hotel is no different. Cocktails, food, coffee, muffins - shockingly expensinve. I would check out The Reefs, Pompano Beach Club or another high end resort to compare what they offer vs. just the room at the Fairmont. Many of the resorts include meal plans and have their own beach. There's no reason to leave! Dining out and taxis (only take cash) add up quickly. Factor in hastle, getting a reservation and food that might not be as good as the resort restaurant and the resort's higher per night price might be the way to go..
