I met Tyler this evening. I was extremely frustrated at the coat of an uber to go 1 mile. Over $34. As i was waiting the front desk called a cab. Tyler let me know as i was waiting that in the future that a shuttle would be available if I remained in the area. Completely unsolicited .. but so Kind. I appreciate that type of customer service and as a result will Continue to stay here

Absolutely great stay! I like the taxidermized animals at the hotel! The staff was friendly, and competent. Note: Dog friendly hotel, Dog owners please clean up after your pets. This hotel is incredibly gracious and kind, and the staff was outstanding. Valet was great, check in was great, bartender & kitchen staff all great service. Pool and hot tub were a nice way to relax. I must add, as a point of emphasis, if you are a dog owner, pick up after your dog. If you are a pet owner, clean up after your pet. It is not the hotels job to pick up after your pet. I noticed other sloppy guests at this property not picking up after their dogs...and the hotel staff went out of their way to clean up and keep things tidy and nice...these hotels get held bullied a bit by pet owners who give them a bad review or complain at the front desk if they don't cater to all their needs. Not everyone travels with pets! I enjoyed my stay at Davenport Tower and can't wait to visit again, 5 stars.

I have stayed at this hotel before and have had excellent service. This stay was no different. The staff, rooms, restaurant, bar areas were top notch. Rooms were clean and quiet. Had dinner and breakfast in the lobby restaurant, both meals were very good. Would definitely stay here again for work or leisure.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Davenport Tower. I did a lot of searching and weighing of different options in Spokane, even among the various Davenport properties. In the end, I went with this one, and we were happy overall with the stay. A few specific notes: - Parking is conveniently across the street in a garage, and it’s easy to find. You pay for it, of course, but we felt better having our car inside a secure space overnight. - The rooms here are quite spacious, including very nice bathroom and shower spaces. - Try to sit in Queenie’s section for breakfast in the hotel restaurant - she offers outstanding service. - We really appreciated the ability to apply the Elite breakfast “continental breakfast” voucher towards other items on the menu. - You are just a short walk from anywhere in downtown Spokane, including the Riverfront area. - We found the jungle animal theme a little odd, but it’s not off-putting. Overall, we had a great stay and would not hesitate to return. 5 stars!

We stay at the Davenport Tower on an annual basis and will continue. The registration was easy, the check in process was terrific especially Tia who found us the perfect room. The restaurant and bar area is fun, delicious food offerings and the staff treats us like family. The rooms are great, plenty of room, clean and the beds are so comfortable. Maid service was wonderful.
