We just enjoyed 9 nights at IBGRH. Very relaxing and luxurious.. just what we were looking for. I cannot tell you how accommodating the staff has been. When we were leaving our room to Depart, at least 5 employees stopped us to Wish us safe travels home and to Thank us for coming. Hospitality is amazing. Resort and rooms very clean and spacious. Highlights- butlers were amazing.. special Shout out to Kadeen for her service. Shout out to Cedric, our wine sommelier from prestige lounge. We really enjoyed meeting him. Shout out to our servers at the beach club, Donovan and Rasa. Always so helpful setting up Our cabana and serving our drinks daily. Very pleasant and helpful. Shout out to the top notch spa. The manager, Camille, remembered us from Past visits and is so gracious. She runs a Top notch facility. Massages and facial and nail treatment was amazing. I don’t think you can find a bad masseuse here but special shout outs to Jhanneal, Chantel, Maxine, Tamara, and Sasha. We are members of the IB club, and the lounge personnel are so helpful. Denel, Cassandra (makes amazing whiskey sours), Sha’fe, Tia, Briana were so helpful in the prestige lounge. Always calling to check On us and making sure we had everything we needed. Also, Michele, a new mixologist from Italy with IB was amazing with his Rum class and fantastic recommendations. The weather was amazing with some showers in the afternoons a couple of days. I love the calmness of the waters in front of this Iberostar because it is kind of on a Bay. Our favorite restaurant was El Galleon (Surf and Turf). The KC strip, Parmesan potatoes and grilled vegetables were very good. Second was the French restaurant, very good. Filet with peppercorn sauce. Breakfast buffet always good. We had one dinner buffet that was Mexican and was delicious. But one of my faves is the beach grill… jerk chicken or hamburger and fries. Lots of relaxing days and sunshine with people who seem to enjoy having you visit their country/resort.

We are winding up our ten day much needed trip to relax and rejuvenate. The staff has been fun and very helpful. We've been here several times and appreciate so much the responsive and caring staff. There is never a perfect stay anywhere but they truly try to make it that way. We are double black Iberostar Club members so we go to the spa every afternoon and this is about them. The spa staff is so friendly and pampering. It starts with their leader Camille. We've come to know her over the years so it's enjoyable catching up with her. You'll find her to be professional, welcoming, caring and all about good service. I must say all the therapist are talented that I have been fortunate enough to come to know but I'll give a shout out to Jheannell. She is so good. If you need strong, tender, stretched hot stones or whatever you choose she can do it. And she is a sweet person too. Maxine, Tamara and Chantel are also great! Chantel, Tamara and Jheannell also do manicures, pedicures and other kinds of that stuff. Tamara gave me the best pedicure I've ever had. Miraculous almost. I'm a manly type man so I'm a challenge! Enjoy the spa it's really great after a morning of sun and fun.

We visited Grand Hotel Rose Hall more than 5 times over decade and were happy to return, we knew what to expect, but I feel that we were overcharged and under provided on our last stay. That was the worst one. We stayed April,27 till May,4, there were not a lot of people, but you will be wrong to think that it’s for better, room was not cleaned till 3pm, if you need more than 2 bottles of water, waiting time is 1 hour min, no reservations on restaurants, but if you are 10 min after 6pm, you will need to wait till 8pm. Food is the same every day, stakes are not chewable, fish – only salmon and machi-machi, breast of duck served In the French restaurant in the evening, the rest of the duck served at lunch, ax-tail at lunch and dinner every day. Ocean was cleaned from the rocks a little, no need for water shoes, but still a lot of seaweeds. Room looks cheap with “renovated” furniture. The staff is polite, but not knowledgeable or professional, I feel that the problem is in management. We will not return to Grand Hotel Rose Hall and will not recommend it to our friends and family.

Amazing time again. The bar staff and servers in the pool/ocean area are amazing. Thank you Romaine, Korey, Trishone, Shevaughte, Jerry, Kennesha, Moesho and Shevaughn. You all made our vacation that much more special with your personalities and top level service. Thank you also to the bellhops, especially William(Love), for always remembering us and helping us, you're all amazing at your jobs! The Iberostar Grand is an amazing resort with lovely rooms, but it's the people that set it apart. The only negative part of the trip was the lack of a dinner buffet but the other restaurants tried hard to accommodate everyone. Food is always amazing as well as the service in the restaurants. Lounge bartenders are wonderful at their job and offer top level cocktails.

Outstanding service. Cedric, Rasa, and donoven, were the best staff we have ever had. Thanks for an awesome experience. Housekeeping was attentive. The lobby bar had a perfect selection of drink choices. The pool was crystal clear and beach was relaxing
