Timeless Retreat in St. Moritz

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 1 month ago

My husband and I traveled from Australia to stay at Badrutt’s Palace Hotel, and it was an extraordinary experience. The staff’s warmth and impeccable service made us feel like royalty in a bygone era. The spa was a highlight, with an amazing massage that was pure bliss. Watching the snow fall from the cozy hotel was like being in a fairytale. Badrutt’s Palace is not just a hotel, but a destination that offers a unique blend of luxury, hospitality, and enchanting scenery. We left with unforgettable memories and a longing to return.

Amazing experience! Thanks to all the staff for making our stay so pleasurable. The location of the hotel is perfect and we had beautiful views over the frozen lake. We ate in a few of the restaurants, and they were all excellent. The breakfast buffet is fantastic. I particularly loved the fruit selection that was out of the ordinary. Try the different poached eggs with truffles if you stay. Delicious!

Can't get enough of this top hotel which as a travel advisor, is the best choice for luxury and hospitality. From the staff's over-the-top assistance and friendliness to the beautiful environment and central location, this is the place to be for pleasure or business. The food quality is very good and the Cigar lounge was happening and fun.

Beautiful hotell, almost perfect service, in need for some small adjustments

Mostly excellent service, except for the staff from the Grand Hall. After different activities, (skiing), not everybody wish to wait untill 19.30 PM for the oppening of the other restaurants, but the variety of food in the Grand Hall is limited and poor. Service in the Grand Hall is also poor and respectless.

Wow! Wow! Wow! Incredible experience ❤️ I’m in love and amazed. The food in the hotel all around the places is amazing. The service in the hotel is one of the best I’ve ever experienced, the views and the atmosphere… costs all the money, and I would definitely come again and again! Didn’t even won’t to get deeply into to the history of the hotel, because it won’t be enough to tell you have to see it definitely ❤️

Badrutt’s Palace in St. Moritz...one of the Grand Old hotels of Europe! Our excellent treatment as first-time guests speaks very highly of the property. I bow to the ladies and gentlemen of the hotel and look forward to spending Easter with them.
