Beautiful hotel, wonderful location, every staff member was fantastic. Delightful meals. Don't miss the breakfast downstairs.

Parking: street or valet for $35 Baggage carts available?: yes Elevators on site: yes Smoke free: yes Historic style hotel in a lifeless neighborhood. I felt trapped in this hotel. Park across the street has Charlie Brown statues and lots of people “down on their luck” in tents if you will. Only good thing nearby is Kincaid’s restaurant but even that only had 7 tables on a Saturday night. Hotel Lobby was beautiful and impressive. Giant fireplace, fresh flowers and pretty chandeliers. Weddings and meetings held here Small restaurant and bar on site? Yes Staff: I did not encounter friendly staff. No one went out of their way to communicate or ask how we are, no one welcomed us or told us thank you for staying with them. I was frustrated by the lack of warmth and customer service training needed here. Overall feel of the hotel: posh, stiff, unwelcoming, cramped Room: stayed in 606. It was a decent size, two double beds that were very comfortable and clean. Tv had some issues, could hear people in the hall and room across from us. Bathroom was very outdated. Mini bar had a nice presentation. Nice Aveda products for the shower. Room was very clean over all. We liked the large chair and ottoman as an extra room feature. Pretty flowers in front of the building. Would I stay here again? Sadly no

The hotel was a wonderful experience. It was a perfect setting for our business celebration. I would go to the hotel again!

my husband and I wanted a quick close getaway for the weekend - the st paul hotel was the perfect location, good price, lots of options for food/drink. we stayed 2 nights and went to a concert at the xcel - this was a quick walk and so so convenient! would love to stay again!

I was able to get into my room early which was very helpful as I was traveling for a business conference. The room had all amenities, and the food was really great quality. The service was excellent and friendly staff!
