The staff was very polite and helpful. Always a smile and if I were to name someone that I thought went above and beyond I’d tell you how impressed I was with Zee. She served us our drinks at the events and was amazing. She seemed to remember what everyone drank and had a contagious smile :)

We enjoyed our stay and the service was great all over. However, the hotel is not properly maintained or cleaned. I was asked by the clerk with short blonde hair how my stay was at check out and I told her the hotel was not as clean as it should be. She actually agreed with me and was fully aware. She gave me a small credit. It seems they know this and management does not do anything about it.

We have been staying here for many years. It always has been and still is an amazing experience. A magnificent resort with friendly staff, exceptional food and drink and views that are priceless. Highly recommended. We can't wait until our next stay!

This is a perfect family resort with top notch service and amenities. You don’t have to leave and I didn’t want to leave to do anything else. The private beach is super-close and we have access to all the chairs and umbrellas and bikes. The pools aren’t crowded and the shops are super-convenient. Mother’s Day brunch was amazing. I highly recommend it here.

We were at the Don for my daughter’s wedding and they made us feel at home. Everything was awesome. It exceeded my expectations! The wedding party stayed on the property so it was luxurious and convenient. The historic hotel has been kept updated and beautifully decorated. The food was excellent, the bar awesome, and the shops and stores great.
