The best point of the hotel in location. The nevskiy street in one of live street in saint petersburg. it's very closed to Galeria Mall, Metro station, Bus station, Super Market, Food court, Fast Food , Mobile services and etc. We stay 4 nights in this hotel. The breakfast is very good and each time you have not any problem for places or etc. the breakfast services is very good. Unfortunately the room serves is not a good . the room is not clean. after services normally they miss any drinking water, Shampoo and towel. One day I have two hair shampoo without any shower gel or etc!! Other negative point is Elevator. If you want to come down normally you had to wait in minimum 5-10 min for elevator and you have not any other choose. But finally, the st. petersburg city is very memorial city and the location of hotel is very nice and normally in this city you like that the out side of the hotel. So absolutely I recommended hotel because you easily you have access to all thing.

Located in nevsky street. The most beautiful and live street in the city. Rooms are clean and nice. We were at 5th floor. There is no pool. Breakfast was tasty and served at a wide range of time. It is old but clean.

We stayed in this hotel as an add-on to a cruise journey from St Petersburg to Moscow. It was well worth taking the extra two days. The hotel was a great welcome to Russia. While we were met by representatives from the cruise line, the hotel staff were excellent. They were friendly and welcoming and when we left, the bell hop was very accommodating in finding our bags to put away shopping before putting the bags back in store until we left. The hotel is well located on Nevskij Prospekt being about 50 meters from the Fontanka River. Be warned though, St Petersburg is laid out on a European grand scale so no hotel will be close to everything, but we felt as close to the centre as you could be. Most major sites were only 10-20 minutes walk away and there was excellent dining right around. The room was comfortable and safe and the breakfast buffet in the morning excellent with enough variety to cater to most tastes without having an overwhelming choice. We feel like we only scratched the surface of what St Petersburg has to offer after two days in the hotel and three more on the ship and want to return. The first good impressions of the hotel are part of the reasons we want to come back.

We spent 4 nights in this hotel by tour. Our room was not clean without any special view. The disappointing part was separate breakfast for Iranian which wasn't like 5 star hotel breakfast at all . hotels location was so good.
