At Six

A hotel that advertises itself as a 5-star hotel, but in reality, deserves only 2, or at most 3, stars. Upon arrival, the girls at the reception desk were already disinterested and mainly occupied with each other. After checking in, we were given a room on the 8th floor and were allowed to go out with our suitcases and bags. Upon arrival, we found a room with missing closet doors (the rails were still there), and the small cabinets were covered in splatter from previous guests. Equipment wiring hadn't been concealed, and due to a leak in the extractor fan, the room smelled daily of food prepared in the restaurant (onions, meat, and other unpleasant odors). Other business associates who stayed there also had their own complaints, all of which were unbecoming of a 5-star hotel. We travel to various locations monthly and always stay in 5-star hotels. Hotel At Six Stockholm doesn't fit this classification. I hate to write a bad review, but this hotel truly deserves it. It's a disgrace that this is possible in a country like Sweden, which likes to portray itself as correct. It was a real shame to have experienced this, and I certainly wouldn't recommend it to anyone who values ​​service highly!

A well run hotel. Decor is dark throughout, however the experience is good. Excellent breakfast and concierge assistance was extremely helpful. Very good location. I'd stay here again.

I can’t recommend this hotel enough. The location is perfect. The rooms were clean and beautiful. The food at the restaurant was exceptional. Treat yourself to the Swedish massage, you won’t be disappointed! 10/10

Great hotel, friendly staff, clean but there is a lot of noise everywhere. For example: 1. Loud music in the breakfast restaurant. 2. If you sit at the reception, close to the wine bar, you can hear 3 different types of music. One type in the reception, another type in the wine bar and a 3rd type from the restaurant. In the old days we talked about pollution as from industry or cars. Today it is from sound and light. Pollution from sound, makes your mind not relax. Constantly affected and it is not healthy. A suggestion could be to play the same type of music and that it is a little lower background lounge music. It is therefore not in the center of the experience, but in the background and part of the whole.

Avoid 6th floor of At Six in Stockholm - thumping music all night from "cocktail bar" downstairs - like a bad migraine. Repeated calls to reception largely ignored. Note to management - if you run a nightclub, don't sell premium business rooms directly above it and when a customer calls reception 3 times please do something about it - doesn't feel like they care.
