Great and enjoyable experience.
Our visit was truly exceptional. Alicia provided outstanding recommendations and shared valuable insights throughout our dinner, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The freshness and flavor of the food were remarkable, and the ambiance was perfect for meaningful conversation while enjoying the beautiful surroundings and view. A lovely place we will definitely return to!

Wonderful hotel centrally located and great staff
We loved the room and the wine bar and especially the staff who were so helpful…we had to apply for emergency passports and they printed documents for us etc. highly recommend!!

Still great hotel, but starts to need improvements
Stayed in King Superior room, highest floor before suites. Rooms still great, little bit wear to been seen, but it doesn´t affect the experience. Breakfast is still amazingly good, I would say top 3 in Stockholm hotels. Great work there! Service is also all the way top level in every occasion. Salute to staff! Great hotel in great location, but starting to age as years go by. We had some issues with our stay: -Minibars in the rooms are not refigrated at all, so all the products are room temperature -Also room temperature did not change although there is a switch were to set it -Bed was a bit too soft, i got my back hurt every morning -Pillows are out of their shape and needs to be renewed -It was almost impossible to get room completely dark, since there is a mirrors next to window and the curtain don´t cover the window/mirror corner. Kept waking up as sun got up. -Gym was nicely design, but oddly you can´t use sauna normally. It is forbidden to throw water on the stones, so sauna is all dry!?!? Sweden is one of THE sauna cultures in the world, so definitely did not expect that.
