Funky hotel, great location, friendly staff. Breakfast good, clean and spacious rooms. Open spaces within hotel welcoming and relaxing for business travelers seeking a break from tedious chain hotels.

Stayed 3 nights in early January 2018. I booked a Deluxe Room with Balcony directly through the hotel's website. All pre arrival communication through email was responded quickly which was a plus. Upon check in, service at reception was warm and friendly yet very efficient. The Deluxe Room (Room #1314) was adequate in size (above the average standard European Hotel I have to say), with good design and lighting concept. The view from the balcony was just good but not great (no need to splurge extra money for the balcony in my personal opinion). One issue about the room that probably needs attention from the hotel is the shower cubicle. The water tends to overflow from the shower cubicle just within minutes when maximum water pressure is turned on. The gym facilities in this hotel is very good (open 24/7, good ambience, with practically brand new equipments), but trying to get to the location on the first attempt is like going through a maze (you have to go down 3 floors down from the lobby on a separate elevator hidden from the lobby and once you reach the floor you'll need to go through a couple of doors before you reach the facility). Breakfast buffet spread was of good quality. Especially loved the quality of the pastries and freshly made mixed juices. The green tea I ordered had a nice flavour in which I couldn't figure out what it was (tasted a bit like bubble gum). Location wise was top notch. Central Station, Kungstradgarden Subway Station, Gamla Stan and the Royal Palace are just a few places that are within walking distance from the hotel. There is also a big shopping mall attached to the hotel which was a big plus point. Check out process was swift. I checked out way early in the morning (04.30 am to be exact to catch my flight to London) and since breakfast was included in the room rate I paid for, I was able to request for breakfast on the go which they neatly packed for me to eat on my way to the airport. All in all I definitely recommend this hotel for those visiting Stockholm.

The hotel is in the centre of the city and the whole experience were excellent. The rooms had everything you could expect and a lot more. The service were beyond expectations and breakfast was real good and included in the price.

My room was on the 12th floor, very quiet and comfortable despite construction site right in front of my window. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Amazing breakfast was served daily with a good variety of cold and hot dishes. Tea pot and coffee machine provided in the room were very handy.

We loved to stay 6 nights in this fantastic new and stylish hotel. We booked a Deluxe Room with large windows. The view was fantastic from the upper levels. Beakfast was outstanding with everything you need. Coffee and tea was freshly made from a Barista. I would recommend this hotel at all. The staff is friendly and peacful.
