Acqualina Resort & Spa on the Beach

Amazing experience. We sat by the pool with our family. Margaret was amazing and provided wonderful service. She was extremely attentive and came many times to offer us water and new towels. She was very friendly and nice.

The beach staff is very attentive and prompt. They're often running to set up lounge chairs. Upon our arrival, Ivan, Aris, and Jorge made us feel more welcomed than anywhere else that we have ever visited. Conrad, Gianfranco, Nicolas and Malakai went beyond accommodating our need to be in the sun:) Acqualina will definitely be our go-to weekend spot from here on.

My mother, brother and I stayed at the Acqualina in early October and it was simply the best resort we have ever stayed at. During our 4 night stay, we all agreed that while the resort itself was stunning, from the beautiful room facing the ocean and the most convenient beach access and daybed setups and the well equipped gym, it was really the staff that made all the difference. The level of service, kindness and thoughtfulness that the staff showed were top notch. We were greeted by our names often, and always with a smile. While the entire staff was amazing, there were a few that really went above and beyond to connect and be kind to our family. Alize, who managed the beach front, showed a level of compassion and care to my mother that epitomized exemplary hospitality, providing a thoughtful gift to my mother to remember our time there. The family picture she took of us, and printed and provided in a frame, moved my mother and brought her such joy. The framed photo stayed perched on my mother’s nightstand for the remainder of our stay, and no doubt front and center on her desk at home now. And Nahuel from the valet staff, who was so friendly and kind, also shared a gift with us as well, a bottle of wine, which we enjoyed as a family and opened up a whole evening of stories. And Siva from the dining staff, who greeted us with warmth at breakfast everyday, attentively checking in on our needs. And for whoever else I did not get to name specifically, everyone was so kind and thoughtful. We were all very touched by everyone’s consideration during our stay. (The only minor item I would suggest as an improvement to the resort is to add wall hooks into the bathrooms, so that we could hang towels or clothes. A few of those across the wall would have made that stunning bathroom even more functional!) Thank you again to everyone at the Acqualina resort for such a memorable time, we look forward to visiting again one day!

This Hotel experience is amazing! We especially love our days lounging by the pool. Our cabana girl Gaby is the sweetest and so very accommodating. She is definitely a true asset to Acqualine and we always look forward to seeing her on our pool days!

Market is amazing. She’s served us now a dozen times and every time she’s friendly, attentive, and so sweet, this makes us feel at home and even special!
