Beat customer service ever!
I’ve been staying at Marenas Beach Resort for the past three days, and I have to say—the customer service here is truly exceptional. From the moment I arrived, Claudia at the front desk (manager) made such a great impression. I got there around 2:45–3:00, and she kindly allowed me to check in early so I didn’t have to wait. Most places wouldn’t do that, even if your room is ready. She was warm, professional, and I watched her multitask nonstop without ever losing her smile—she’s amazing. Later that evening, after hours when the main restaurant was closed, I went to the pool area to grab food. Heidi helped me, and she was fantastic—so friendly, attentive, and just genuinely kind. She made the experience easy and enjoyable. When I got back to my room and got into bed, I noticed small black particles in the sheets. At first, I was concerned, but it turned out to be some kind of sand. I called the front desk, and within 6–10 minutes, Jeremias and Samira came up with fresh, hot, clean sheets. They were both incredibly kind and kept apologizing, but honestly, there was no need. They handled everything so quickly and with such care—it really stood out. Things can happen anywhere, but it’s how a team responds that matters, and this team went above and beyond. Every single person I encountered was kind, professional, and truly deserves recognition. Highly recommend!

Ricardo was incredibly helpful when assisting with our bags upon arrival. Despite it being quite late, he was very friendly and took the time to give us some great food recommendations, which we really appreciated after a long journey. Fabulous position on beach in Sunny Isles. Spacious room with good linens. All staff are very helpful. There is a competent feel to the hotel

I just returned from Marenas and had a wonderful time! The resort is beautiful, rooms are perfect and clean, bed is super comfy and all of the staff are terrific. Always a smiling face and a happy hello! Great stay, booked it for my sister's anniversary in June.

I recently spent a week holiday in Miami and stayed at Marenas Resort. We had an absolutely fabulous time! The room we stayed in was very large and had a gorgeous view of Miami. The staff at the hotel were so friendly and helpful and the food was fabulous.

The rooms were great with fantastic views. They were clean, comfortable and made us feel at home. The bone-in-rib eye that Tommy cooked was the best we've ever eaten. Tommy was great! The food was superb. All of the staff was nice and accommodating. Your attitudes were very focused on us as the customer, that is very refreshing.
