Decent spot with nice basics near lots of construction
Room was really nice. Ocean view and deck were great. Lots of space… faucets leaked a little and door to second bathroom didn’t close, but that was ok. Pool area is nice, but compact. Beach was the same… lots of chairs in a small spot. The tall buildings block the sun around 2pm, so after that, it was shady and chilly. Food at pool was fine, staff was nice. Lots of construction around the hotel, so not super peaceful. Nice neighborhood across the street to walk in.

We've been coming to the Marenas Beach Resort for several years now and have always felt comfortable, but one thing that sets it apart is the quality of the staff—they're very attentive and willing to help. I especially want to highlight the manager, Diego Díaz. We've approached him about a few issues, and he's been incredibly helpful, a great listener, and very attentive and empathetic. Overall very nice!
There was a very real problem with the air conditioning & flooding while we were at the hotel. However, the front desk personnel, the restaurant personnel, & Eric the concierge & his staff were wonderful!

Easy choice to stay at Marenas
Loved everything about our stay here. The front desk was so helpful at check-in. Our room on the 10th floor had an incredible wraparound balcony with perfect views of the beach and the sunrise. The beach staff were very attentive and helpful, as were Facundo and Ricardo when we needed to store our luggage before we were ready to check out. Marenas is close to everything on the main strip in Sunny Isles and an easy to walk to some terrific restaurants.

Excellent Guest Experience
I had a wonderful check‑in experience thanks to Sergio. It was an especially busy day, and although an early check‑in wasn’t possible, he went out of his way to keep me updated on the status of my room. I really appreciated how attentive he was — he never forgot about me, and he handled the rush with such calm professionalism. Throughout it all, he greeted me (and every guest) with a genuine smile. What impressed me even more was the consistency of his service. Every morning for the rest of my stay, Sergio greeted me warmly, always with the same positive energy he showed on day one. That level of care truly elevated my experience. Sergio is a rising star, and his warmth, composure, and reliability set a very positive tone for my entire stay. Thank you for everything, Sergio! I hope to see you again soon.

I just returned from Marenas and had a wonderful time! The resort is beautiful, rooms are perfect and clean, bed is super comfy and all of the staff are terrific. Always a smiling face and a happy hello! Great stay, booked it for my sister's anniversary in June.

I recently spent a week holiday in Miami and stayed at Marenas Resort. We had an absolutely fabulous time! The room we stayed in was very large and had a gorgeous view of Miami. The staff at the hotel were so friendly and helpful and the food was fabulous.

The rooms were great with fantastic views. They were clean, comfortable and made us feel at home. The bone-in-rib eye that Tommy cooked was the best we've ever eaten. Tommy was great! The food was superb. All of the staff was nice and accommodating. Your attitudes were very focused on us as the customer, that is very refreshing.
