⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Absolutely Incredible Stay From Beginning to End I honestly don’t know where to begin because this stay exceeded my expectations in almost every possible way. I originally won a complimentary stay at my job’s holiday party, and from the process of arranging the reservation all the way through checkout, so many members of the team played a part in making this weekend incredibly special. I want to personally recognize Joseph from Reservations, who helped me arrange my complimentary stay; Valeria, who was wonderful while helping with our early-arrival plans and the details surrounding our upgrade; Franklin, Director of Sales and Marketing, who was incredibly helpful with the upgrade process; and Cynthia, Managing Director, who stepped in when I initially had difficulty getting everything coordinated and made sure I was connected with the right people. Once we arrived, the hospitality continued. Rose checked me in and immediately made us feel welcome, including offering us a glass of sparkling wine to start our stay. What a perfect way to begin a vacation! A very special thank-you also goes to Claudia, the Front Office Manager, who was wonderful throughout our stay. I also have to recognize Christian at the upstairs bar, who took amazing care of us Friday night and quickly became one of our favorite people at the resort. We absolutely loved him! And a huge thank-you to Estelle at the Tiki Bar, who took wonderful care of us throughout the rest of our stay. Both were fantastic and added so much personality and genuine hospitality to our weekend. And I cannot leave out the bell staff! They were incredible from the moment we arrived until the moment we checked out. We had MANY bags, trust me, and they helped us with absolutely everything throughout the trip. They were consistently friendly, helpful and accommodating, and their assistance made arriving, getting settled and eventually checking out so much easier. I also absolutely have to recognize the housekeeping team. Our accommodations were beautifully maintained throughout the weekend. Everything was spotless, and the housekeeping staff did an incredible job making such a large suite feel fresh and cared for every day. And then there was THE ROOM. We upgraded our accommodations, and it was worth every penny. The suite was absolutely gorgeous: spacious, spotless and comfortable, with a full kitchen, dining and living areas, an incredible bathroom and shower, a wonderfully comfortable bed, and floor-to-ceiling windows with views that I genuinely did not want to leave. Waking up every morning and looking out at the water was one of my favorite parts of the entire trip. The beach was beautiful and easily accessible, and I loved being able to walk downstairs in the morning, grab a chair and enjoy the ocean without having to leave the property. The outdoor recreation area was also such a cute touch. The property felt like somewhere you could easily spend an entire day without needing to go anywhere else. We also enjoyed food and drinks during our stay, and everything I had was delicious. Even the smallest details made the experience feel special. What impressed me most, however, was the people. A beautiful property can give you a great vacation, but genuine hospitality is what makes you want to return. From the people who helped coordinate everything before our arrival to the team members who took care of us throughout the weekend, we consistently felt welcomed and appreciated. I live in the Florida Keys, so beautiful water is something I’m fortunate enough to see regularly. I honestly did not expect to leave Miami missing a hotel this much, but here we are! I already miss the view, the beach, that incredible shower, and especially that bed. This was supposed to be a fun weekend getaway with friends. It turned into one of those trips I’ll remember for a very long time. Five stars without hesitation. I would absolutely stay here again!

The atmosphere was very warm and welcoming! I highly recommend this hotel for families. At reception, we were very well taken care of by Claudia Mendivil, who was incredibly kind and attentive. Our room had an amazing view and was very clean. We had a wonderful experience!

I had such a great experience in Sunny Isles! I came to enjoy the resort through ResortPass and had such a wonderful time that I’ll definitely be coming back with family and friends. The location is beautiful, and the atmosphere is welcoming, relaxing, and enjoyable. Everyone was friendly and made the experience even better, especially the staff. Shawn Wilson, in particular, stood out for being incredibly kind, attentive, and accommodating. He made sure I felt comfortable and well taken care of throughout my visit. Beautiful location, great atmosphere, and even better people. I’m so glad I discovered this place through ResortPass and can’t wait to come back!

We had a wonderful stay at Marenas Beach Resort! The hotel is very clean and well maintained, and the housekeeping staff does an amazing job. Our room was always clean and comfortable, and the entire property felt very well taken care of. The beach service was also excellent. A special thank you to Renan he was very friendly, attentive, and helpful with our chairs, umbrella, and towels. He made our beach days even more enjoyable. Overall, we had a great experience and really enjoyed our stay. Thank you to the entire staff! We would definitely recommend this hotel!
