It was ok
Resort is nice and clean. Staff are very nice. Bar is a great spot, food is good. Shower head not very good, pool is nice Hot tub was ok. Pretty sure it was more than 104 degrees, not for kids By 2 pm sun is behind the building. Beds are comfortable and clean

Amazing experience
Marenas was amazing. Although, we had a few things that needed to be addressed upon check in, Andres the operations manager went over and beyond to take care of us and really made our trip special. The bellman’s were also fantastic especially Ricardo who also went over and beyond and making our trip unique. High recommend them!

Stay elsewhere- Noisy construction site next door, lots of other hotels to chose from in Miami.
Having read recent reviews I have no idea where guests stayed who had a relaxing time. The review from Joe D reflects our experience. The noise from the construction site is extremely intrusive and starts at 7am. This is heavy duty drilling and earth moving, all the trucks continually beep when moving. I specifically asked Larry at check in if the noise would be bad as they were still working when we arrived. He said no you are on the opposite side of the building. This was not true we were right next to the works. We booked through a travel agent and were unaware of the noise issues. There are so many hotels in Miami there is no need to stay here. Apart from being woken up at 7am and having zero peace from the noisy machinery you can’t even enjoy the balcony to have a drink and enjoy the bayside view due to the dust being blown about from the site. We were only there for two nights and I couldn’t wait to leave. What a disappointment when Miami should have been a highlight, how can you enjoy the city when you are so tired. The member of staff at check out was dismissive and barely said a word when we handed in our keys. I said is that it? He just looked and shrugged and turned his back to do something else. If we hadn’t been as keen to leave and on our way to a trip I would have complained at the desk. That was obviously going to be pointless, and I have complained to my travel agent who contacted the hotel. Honestly stay somewhere else until the construction ends, why spend so much money when there are hundreds of other hotels where you can enjoy peace and quiet and a good nights sleep

Good Hotel in Sunny Isles
Enjoyed our stay for 3 nights, good location, friendly staff. Spent time on the beach and service from pool bar was good, they had staff to arrange chairs and umbrellas. Main downside was the small sized king room, not what we expected. We were also at end of hall overlooking the construction next door, but the insulation was good, so noise was not an issue.

I just returned from Marenas and had a wonderful time! The resort is beautiful, rooms are perfect and clean, bed is super comfy and all of the staff are terrific. Always a smiling face and a happy hello! Great stay, booked it for my sister's anniversary in June.

I recently spent a week holiday in Miami and stayed at Marenas Resort. We had an absolutely fabulous time! The room we stayed in was very large and had a gorgeous view of Miami. The staff at the hotel were so friendly and helpful and the food was fabulous.

The rooms were great with fantastic views. They were clean, comfortable and made us feel at home. The bone-in-rib eye that Tommy cooked was the best we've ever eaten. Tommy was great! The food was superb. All of the staff was nice and accommodating. Your attitudes were very focused on us as the customer, that is very refreshing.
