Marenas at the beach
EExcellent service! Brandon Lovo attended to us at the beach. The hotel supplied everything we needed, including towels and chairs, and we enjoyed a sunny afternoon!

Horrible experience. Waste of money. Still waiting on the GM to get back to us with credits. Crickets!
Stayed here for 2 weeks. Constant daily construction noise and dust, pool is tiny and the beach access is cramped and has very limited availability unless your down getting chairs at 730am. No AC for a week, exorbitant daily fees and resort charges. We were offered discounts due to the lack of AC but they were false promises. We spoke to several managers and non actually followed up. Food is low end and the overall atmosphere is unwelcoming. I strongly suggest you find another place to stay. Don't get trapped into the AirBnb hype as the resort doesn't give the airbnb guests any respect as they prefer you book directly with the facility. This is definitely not a resort its a hodge podge of absentee owners who use the hotel to manage their units. No one is in charge, so, nothing gets done. Not worth the money!

Great Stay
This was our second consecutive year at Marenas Beach Resort, and I’ve never written a TripAdvisor review before, but this time, they truly deserve it. Even with some disruptions (outside the hotel’s control) regarding air conditioning, the service was flawless, reaffirming our decision to return, and likely for many years to come. The dedication of the entire team was impeccable: from the front desk (Humberto) to the breakfast staff (especially Heidi who is amazing and Xavier) to the valet team (Juan Carlos) as well as the concierge team (Eric and Nelson) and the bell staff (Ricardo), everyone showed exceptional dedication to making our vacation unforgettable. The beach service team (Juan C, Shawn and especially Fernando T) was equally outstanding. Marenas is 100% recommendable, especially for families seeking an apart-hotel style experience rather than just a simple hotel room. We will definitely be back.

I just returned from Marenas and had a wonderful time! The resort is beautiful, rooms are perfect and clean, bed is super comfy and all of the staff are terrific. Always a smiling face and a happy hello! Great stay, booked it for my sister's anniversary in June.

I recently spent a week holiday in Miami and stayed at Marenas Resort. We had an absolutely fabulous time! The room we stayed in was very large and had a gorgeous view of Miami. The staff at the hotel were so friendly and helpful and the food was fabulous.

The rooms were great with fantastic views. They were clean, comfortable and made us feel at home. The bone-in-rib eye that Tommy cooked was the best we've ever eaten. Tommy was great! The food was superb. All of the staff was nice and accommodating. Your attitudes were very focused on us as the customer, that is very refreshing.
