Great place to stay: It feels like home. The place is located in which is probably the best fringe of beach in Miami.
Marenas is great place to stay specially for extended vacations. The apartments are equipped with everything you need. They have units with one or two bedrooms, both with ocean or bay views. Personnel is probably the best asset of the property. From valet parking boys (Juan Carlos, Alvaro, and the rest of the bunch) to beach boys (Juan, Charlie, Alberto, Fernando, Johnny, Carlos) you will always have a helping hand. Also Carlos and Ricardo that will help you with your luggage or Erick with your Amazon deliveries. In your next visit to Sunny Isles go there with blind eyes: you won’t be disappointed!! Carlos Mira

Construction next door starts at dawn
I gave it three stars because there is a high rise construction site next door. It has just begun, so I imagine it will be a year or more before it’s done. Two drinks at the bar with tip were nearly $50. Way too much for the ambiance of this property. Although a cappuccino was only $5. I will say all staff were super friendly and attentive. Room showed wear and tear and TV was tiny. Not the properties fault, but the beach had seaweed as far as the eye can see.

Dishonest management
Hotel promised credits and refunds for no air conditioning and didn't follow through. Lots of emails etc. You can find better choices for less money. Pool is small and beach area very crowded. Construction noisey and very dusty. Can't open the windows or balcony doors due to high dust.

I just returned from Marenas and had a wonderful time! The resort is beautiful, rooms are perfect and clean, bed is super comfy and all of the staff are terrific. Always a smiling face and a happy hello! Great stay, booked it for my sister's anniversary in June.

I recently spent a week holiday in Miami and stayed at Marenas Resort. We had an absolutely fabulous time! The room we stayed in was very large and had a gorgeous view of Miami. The staff at the hotel were so friendly and helpful and the food was fabulous.

The rooms were great with fantastic views. They were clean, comfortable and made us feel at home. The bone-in-rib eye that Tommy cooked was the best we've ever eaten. Tommy was great! The food was superb. All of the staff was nice and accommodating. Your attitudes were very focused on us as the customer, that is very refreshing.
