Enjoyed our stay for 3 nights, good location, friendly staff. Spent time on the beach and service from pool bar was good, they had staff to arrange chairs and umbrellas. Main downside was the small sized king room, not what we expected. We were also at end of hall overlooking the construction next door, but the insulation was good, so noise was not an issue.

The best experience, stuff is amazing, food spectacular . Love it all. The hotel exceeded expectations with its clean and spacious rooms, friendly staff, and convenient amenities. The check-in process was seamless and the atmosphere throughout my stay was peaceful and relaxing. I especially appreciated the delicious breakfast buffet in the morning, with plenty of options to choose from. The pool area and hot tub provided a perfect escape after a day out, and the location near top attractions made exploring the city easy and enjoyable. From the warm welcome upon arrival to the attentive service throughout my stay, I truly felt at home. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Florida—can’t wait to return!

We decided to stay at Marenas Resort during our trip to attend a Miami Dolphins game. We usually stay in Hollywood Beach, but wanted something quieter, so we chose Marenas after seeing it pop up on Priceline. Unfortunately, we regretted that decision almost immediately. Upon arrival on October 30, we realized there was major construction happening right next to the hotel — not light renovation, but full-on heavy machinery, cranes, and constant banging. None of this was mentioned during booking, and since Priceline reservations are non-refundable, we felt stuck. We figured it was only two days — how bad could it be? The answer: very bad. After checking in, we were hit with unexpected additional fees — nearly $100 extra per day for parking, resort fees, taxes, and other charges. This brought the total to around $150 per day more than the already high room rate. Our room was on the 24th floor, directly beside the construction. Even with the patio doors closed, the noise was relentless from 7:00 AM to around 5:00–6:00 PM. The “ocean view” we paid for was impossible to enjoy, as the sound of machinery and hammering never stopped. Even at the pool, the music had to be turned up so loud to cover the noise that it was anything but relaxing. As a disabled veteran, this constant disruption made the stay extremely uncomfortable and stressful. We notified management, but they did nothing to help or accommodate us. After just one night, we decided to leave early and go home. What was meant to be a peaceful getaway turned into the exact opposite. To be fair, the breakfast was good, but very expensive — two avocado toasts and French toast cost $100, and that’s before realizing an 18% service charge was already included (which wasn’t disclosed until checkout). Overall, the resort’s lack of transparency, construction noise, and excessive fees make it a place to avoid. If you’re considering Marenas Resort, I strongly recommend waiting at least 2–3 years until the construction next door is finished. Until then, this property is nowhere near worth the price or the headache.

I just returned from Marenas and had a wonderful time! The resort is beautiful, rooms are perfect and clean, bed is super comfy and all of the staff are terrific. Always a smiling face and a happy hello! Great stay, booked it for my sister's anniversary in June.

The rooms were great with fantastic views. They were clean, comfortable and made us feel at home. The bone-in-rib eye that Tommy cooked was the best we've ever eaten. Tommy was great! The food was superb. All of the staff was nice and accommodating. Your attitudes were very focused on us as the customer, that is very refreshing.
