Worst place and bad condition
Let's start from the beginning, First | just parked and was checking in with the valet guy and a person try to open my car so aggressively and told the guy please be careful with my car. The checking in there's fees for the stay extra of the room, so you have to pay in front valet fee hotel fee and some warranty when I get in to my room it doesn't feel like what you pay everything old walls dirty things broken and cheap the chairs looks from Rose the TV like 15 years old. The door of the bathroom opens outs on the room side and covers the thermostat instead of built a pocket door, no shampoo and body wash inside the shower, the shower curtain has a long hair on it and was broken shower has clogged drain, I took some pictures and showed them to the person in the front desk. But besides all this, around 9:30am someone knocked my door asking me what time I'm leaving!! What in world never been in a hotel like this before so bad experience I didn't feel comfortable in what you getting for what you paying.

Spectacular views and service
Best spot on the beach! Building views are spectacular. Staff were amazing especially Tiki bar, beach staff -Shawn Wilson and Juan. They were extremely helpful and attentive our entire trip! Food on site was great and they have a daily happy hour inside!

No Jacuzzi in the Jacuzzi suite
We had one of the penthouse suites for ten days in February 2026. It was advertised as having a Jacuzzi on the roof, which was a big attraction for us. When we arrived, the Jacuzzi was empty, and, we soon learned, broken. It remained that way for our entire stay. We did not see any attempt to repair it. I contacted the front desk, and then left messages for the manager to contact me. The manager never responded.

I just returned from Marenas and had a wonderful time! The resort is beautiful, rooms are perfect and clean, bed is super comfy and all of the staff are terrific. Always a smiling face and a happy hello! Great stay, booked it for my sister's anniversary in June.

I recently spent a week holiday in Miami and stayed at Marenas Resort. We had an absolutely fabulous time! The room we stayed in was very large and had a gorgeous view of Miami. The staff at the hotel were so friendly and helpful and the food was fabulous.

The rooms were great with fantastic views. They were clean, comfortable and made us feel at home. The bone-in-rib eye that Tommy cooked was the best we've ever eaten. Tommy was great! The food was superb. All of the staff was nice and accommodating. Your attitudes were very focused on us as the customer, that is very refreshing.
