I was here for a conference but it is such a nice hotel. I wish I could stay here more often. My room was nice, it had everything that I wanted. They even gave me a bottle of wine! The restaurant was lovely for both dinner and breakfast - all in all I really enjoyed it! The only thing is that there is an odd hum in the foyer - not sure why it's there but I suspect it's to do with the architecture. And with all the alterations going on in George St, getting in and out is interesting.

The room was the same as most hotel rooms. It was big enough without being large, quiet and with efficient blackout curtains. The aircon wasn't whisper quiet but it was ok.The health club is very well equipped. I normally avoid hotels that charge for wifi but members of the ( free) Hilton Honours Club get it free otherwise $ 13.95 per day is gouging. We only had contact with one employee during our stay and he was efficient and friendly.

The hotel was very nice. As Gold Hilton Honors we were upgraded and had access to the Executive lounge. It was great having a place for breakfast and snack at dinnertime. The dinnertime snack was not as substantial as some clubs but it was adequate and very good. The alcohol is only complimentary from 6-8pm.

I was in Sydney for a conference and booked the standard room though the conference website. As we were arriving a day earlier my partner booked a room for the first night, we were pleasantly surprised to be told on check in that he was 'diamond member for the day' (or something like that) which entailed an upgrade to a relaxation room and full club lounge access. The room was bright, spacious and clean. Amazing open plan area with a good sized spa bath and all the amenities that you expect for a 5 star hotel. The club lounge was good, pity there isn't more of a view. Breakfast down on Level 2 was just average for a buffet, we probably should have headed to the lounge instead. For the remainder of our stay we moved to a typical king room. More than adequate and if we had of not known that else was possible this room would have been perfect! Nice space with a good sized desk, clean small bathroom with a walk in shower. Staff were helpful and professional during the stay. Thank you for the exceptional up grade!

We went to Sydney for a week and stayed at this hotel. My whole family is platinum, so we had a free room upgrade with a beautiful view of the SOH. They also had free breakfast with a beautiful view and private room for all the Platinum members. This hotel was very convenient and I hope we can stay here again!
