Crunchy towels and gowns.
I stayed at the Langham Sydney during an extended stay in Sydney as a treat for myself. The staff were really polite and professional, but I was given a room that already had someone in there, and I was greeted with a very angry lady who said I was Interupting her. I was then taken to another room, and although it was beautiful, and the bed was comfy, the towels and robes were really crunchy, thin and uncomfortable to use. I would have expected plush linen being a 5 star hotel. I wouldn't stay again.

What a treat
On a recent trip to Sydney I had the absolute pleasure of spending a night at The Langham Hotel in Millers Point. Upon arrival, I was advised that my booking had been upgraded to a Junior Suite - what a treat. The room was beautifully appointed, with glorious views over the harbour. After having a soak in the very deep bath, I had the best night of sleep in an unbelievably comfortable bed and the room was so quiet. Breakfast the next morning was delicious. The staff were all so friendly, polite and helpful and the entire hotel had a luxurious feel about it. I was very sad I only had the one night there, but I will definitely return for more of The Langham decadence.

Perfect stay with our Puppy
Amazing customer service, all the staff were fantastic! I love staying at the Langham. We had our little pup with us and it was her first birthday. She was spoilt, we were spoilt. It was a perfect trip. Highly recommend the Langham Sydney!
