Amazing service and beautiful rooms
Greeted and welcomed to the Langham, you feel like royalty. Everything was perfect and top quality. Rooms were very clean and most comfortable bed. Room was quiet. Food excellent. Staff very friendly and wanting to help. Nick is fantastic!

An overall disappointing experience.
Cold pool. Faulty aircon. Inedible in room dining. Communication poor and couldn’t even get an icecream scoop order correct. Construction outside the window. Doorbell constantly going off. Phone only in bedroom in the rooms with a suite so the late phone calls weren’t appreciated nor were the scrunched up drycleaned clothes that engineering put in a bunch in the bed whilst trying to fix our broken aircon

Wonderful Luxe experience
My Mum & I decided to pamper ourselves & have a 2 night mother/daughter getaway. Every staff member we encountered was exceptional & made us feel very welcome. We loved the nightly turn down service, felt very luxe. The simple touch of a Langham bookmark left in my novel. At the breakfast they had me straight up with the beautiful teacups & teapot. The range of available foods for breakfast was amazing. Everything was fresh & beautifully presented. Service also was next level. We also enjoyed drinks & dinner in the Observatory Bar. Once again, service second to none. Would highly recommend a stay
