Nice location in a lovely area not far from the city centre. Clean and spacious room. Excellent breakfast. Very nice staff. In 10 days I will be back there.

Very poor room arrangement. Top floor but very dirty and got the smallest room. I dont like the way the hotel describe 'Neibourhood view'. Its a fancy name for a bad view room category. There is no welcome amenities, letter. Hallway is extremely dirty. Looks like they never clean it for years. Highlight that there is Anytime Fitness downstair.

Definitely not in Potts point, it’s next to the Coca Cola sign which is kings cross. The room has barely any noise barriers between rooms, the corridor and even the street outside. You can hear water running from people’s showers nearby, homeless people outside yelling at themselves and smashing things in the street at 5 am. They clearly say a functional tv with a chromecast is part of their rooms, however certain functions don’t work on it like Netflix Wouldn’t recommend staying here, overpriced and no redeeming features, disappointing

Nice hotel, really well placed. The 5 stars are for staff. Smiling at any time, solving problems, the most helpful people

We stayed at Hotel Indigo for 7 nights while visiting Sydney to attend a wedding - I was the best man. Having worked in the hospitality industry for 25 years and moved through nearly every role imaginable, it became clear to me very quickly that the staff here are exceptionally well trained. Each and every one of them is a true ambassador for the hotel. I’ve traveled extensively to all corners of the world, and I know that our stay at Hotel Indigo is one I will remember fondly for many years. It was exceptional! I would especially like to extend our thanks to Sonny and Pratistha at the front desk, who went above and beyond to cater to our every need. I truly enjoyed our conversations.
