Four Seasons Hotel Sydney

It was an ok hotel but definitely not 5 star. Pros: Excellent buffett breakfast. IT help excellent, knowledgable, and available. Rooms were spacious. Location accessible to harbor. Cons: Rooms need refurbishing. Pool area like that of a 2 star hotel, cracked tiles, small somewhat heated spa. It was icky and we chose not to return. Nothing 5 star about pool area. On vacation I'm not interested in the concierge's opinion of world politics. The concierge's role is to guide me to sites and restaurants. Not to impose her personal opinion on politics. A lesson on basic hospitality would work here. Room service was prompt but the quality of the food was poor and sometimes inedible. While we were guests for extended period the room we were given had a mediocre view. Managers were condescending and unhelpful. Repeating the mantra to guests guests "I'm sorry you feel that way" does not solve a problem. I cannot recommend this hotel nor would I stay here again.

At times, you get what you pay for. It is expensive, but for me, it had the service to match. Food was spectacular, and plenty of it for breakfast. Room service was on point! A happy customer will probably visit again when in Sydney.

This was one of the more affordable Four Seasons in the world and the service was really great. I broke a bowl during breakfast and the staff asked me if I was hurt. Our entire stay was really comfortable and we had a beautiful lunch in the restaurant. Thanks for everything!

Experienced a wonderful time with a partial harbor view & partial city view from the 29th floor corner room. The room was very spacious with sofa, wet bar and cushioned window seat to enjoy viewing the famous opera house. We utilized the gym on multiple occasions and felt it allowed for an excellent workout. The hotel is beautiful in design and the location cannot be beat. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. We always felt safe and secure inside and outside of the hotel. The concierge staff was very helpful with all of our requests for recommendations and reservations to dinner and booking a show at the Opera House. A very special thank you to Sean from bell hop and Grace. They both went above and beyond in helping make our trip absolutely wonderful.

We’ve stayed at The Four Seasons Sydney for many special occasions now and the experience remains terrific. In addition to the beautifully appointed full harbour view room and the wonderful service I’ve been impressed with the app experience. You can do almost everything in the app and when chatting with the team they’re very responsive even before you arrive. I don’t remember the breakfast offering having such an extensive selection of delicious fresh foods, if you enjoy a great breakfast it’s worth including. Appreciation to everyone who helped make our stay special, you all do such a wonderful job.
