Four Seasons Hotel Sydney

Overall, we had a great stay. Location is great, staff is beyond spectacular, and food wonderful. What I would expect from a Four Seasons. Only negative is the size of standard rooms; be careful when booking. Definitely not up to other Four Seasons standards. While rooms are maintained well and luxurious, they are too small. We did get moved after a few days and what a difference! Shout out to Lorenzo for making the stay terrific.

A wonderful time at The Four Seasons, wonderful rooms, amazing chambermaid, bed sooo comfortable and all in a minute's walk from Circular Quay.

Location was perfect, short walk down George st to great cafes and a short walk to harbor. The personnel were all top notch, everyone would greet you with a smile. If you had a question the person wouldn’t just say go see that person over there they would walk over with to make sure your question was answered. I had asked for a bucket of ice and they had someone deliver it right away, no waiting for service. The beds and pillows were heavenly, I wish I knew who made them. I would definitely stay there again

The worst customer service and I've stayed at Four Seasons all over through the years but beware their customer service is nonexistent. Our cruise was recently canceled and I understand not getting a full refund but no refund was not the policy so I've been trying to use the credit and they claim to have 0 rooms available even though I can book the room on expedia and other websites. Instead they wanted to uncharted another 1500 insisting a suite was needed. Book with caution

Great hotel with amazing location and great views on the opera house. The service and facilities were absolutely perfect. Rooms are very comfortable and the restaurant is great. Can’t be faulted
