Second time stying here
I love this Four Seasons! It was a surprise for my sister and we both loved it. The views are amazing and even though it could use some renovations, we loved our stay here. The room was small and somehow feels like a cruise boat, but still very pretty and cozy. Staff was super friendly and the buffet for breakfast was so good!

5 star plus but 7 star prices
We chose Four Seasons because of its location right in the Rocks. Four Seasons prides itself as a top rated hotel chain and it gives that impression upon arrival. We were on the 22nd floor with a great view of the harbour bridge. The room.was excellent and the service almost overwhelming. The dining experience was surprising as this hotel charges Michelin star prices so after paying AUD $65 each for buffet style breakfast, we then ate out at adjacent restaurants for half the price.

Nice stay
It’s true that the building itself and some rooms maybe don’t fully feel like the typical Four Seasons standard, but the service absolutely does. Everyone during our stay was genuinely kind and professional. Special thanks to Lorenzo and Darren, who handled our feedback really well and kindly invited us to Lounge 32 for canapés and breakfast. The staff in the lounge were also extremely friendly and attentive. In the end, they really showed us the hospitality and service Four Seasons is known for. Thank you Four Seasons Hotel Sydney.

A Magnificent Stay
The location is perfect, and although it may feel like just another big grand hotel, the care for detail is second to none. We stayed twice on our trip to Australia in March (one week) and April (just under two weeks) and the second stay outdid the first one, which was already incredible to start with. The rooms are pristinely kept by the very attentive housekeeping staff, the gym is the best hotel gym I have ever encountered, the pool is lovely, but the icing on the cake was the incredible care and professionalism by Mr Louis Marr, the Guest Relations Manager/ Associate. He attended to our every need and we could not praise him more if we tried. What a lucky hotel to have such a passionate employee. Thank you for a magnificent stay!
