Great harbor view room. Woke up to see a cruise ship docking which was an unexpected surprise. Great staff which always enhances the travel experience. Handy location for both business and pleasure as The Rocks area and the CBD are within easy walking distance.

A fine property in a great location in Syndey. One of the most extensive breakfast buffet's I've had the opportunity to enjoy. Street in front is under construction as of October 2017 so uber from the back door suggested to save time and cost.

Every customer service interaction was friendly and professional: from check in and baggage delivery through requests to the room and check out. The partial harbour view room that we had was comfortable and the view of the Opera house was terrific. The central location gave us lots of options for meals also.

For as long as I've been travelling to Sydney from the UK, this hotel has always been prevalent on the skyline when looking back to the city. This was the first time I stayed at this great and I wasn't disappointed. The entrance hall is grand and opulent and a perfect welcome. The rooms are typical of a city hotel of this age and slightly smaller than you might get from a newer 'trendier' hotel, but they're not the Four Seasons Hotel. This hotel has something that very few have in the middle of a city as big as this - an outdoor pool! It's fairly sizeable and has plenty of beds around it, servers bringing drinks to your bedside, and the heat from the Australian sun makes it all the better. For that reason alone, I'd stay here again!

When we stayed in this hotel it was very nice. We even got milk and cookies for the children. They even had their own robes, towels, etc, but what they liked most was the kangaroo on their bed. As for the staff and the rooms they very good. This hotel is definitely a must stay in on your list even though it is a little pricey I think it’s worth the money. Very good hotel!
