Nice Staff, worn out furniture in the guest room, my couch in our room was not able to be used as you sunk into the seat so far you would hurt yourself if used. the restaurant menu not appealing the choices were way to odd .

What can I say- we are having the best time at the 4 seasons 1. Location is excellent with a amazing view. There are roadworks right outside at the min which is a pity but not the fault of the hotel 2. The staff- some of the friendliest I have come across and this is a real credit to the hotel since we have encountered some rudeness in Sydney! But the staff here are so helpful, friendly and my god they know how to make proper cocktails! 3 service is amazing, the people looking after the rooms are doing an amazing job. Hotel is so clean and just lovely. What more can I say! Thank you Grace and mick
We stayed here from 22ND until 27 th January after a 17 day tour of New Zealand we had a beautiful room overlooking the harbour we never shut our curtains our whole stay the service at breakfast was top class the only problem we had was when we arrived home I noticed that nearly ÂŁ120 had been taken from my bank.Bizarrely it is the hotels policy to take $100 per day IN CASE you use the mini bar ,I was told the money would be returned to my account after 5 working days nearly 4 weeks later I am still waiting and my bank has now opened a dispute case with the hotel,never used the mini bar which they confirmed,why they don't just keep your details and then take money if you use the mini bar instead of just taking it anyway is baffling.I expected better customer service from a 5 star hotel.I would stay here again but wouldn't if I had to leave my bank details they must be making a fortune of guests

First off, the rooms are tiny. Second, the property looks very dated. Third, I think it actually was originally a Sheraton or Hilton or some such hotel and subsequently re-branded: didnâ€™t make it. Fourth, it caters to the CRUISE BOAT CROWDS, so it is over-busy. Fifth, it is very difficult to get an ELEVATOR because it is so crowded. It is very frustrating to wait and wait and wait for an elevator just to go down to the lobby. However, the staff is exceptionally courteous, hence two stars instead of one.

We booked five nights to discover Sydney before our cruise. I was a bit concerned after reading some of the negative reviews, but felt good enough with FS brand experience to keep the reservation. The location of the property is superb! If you are a first time visitor to Sydney and are looking for convenience and a quality propertyâ€¦this is it. Charlotte greeted us outside as we checked in. She called us by name, and I have no idea how she knew who we were when we first stepped out of the airport transportation at the front door! Nicely done! She then escorted us to check-in and to our room to explain room settings, etc. She also showed us the hotel spa, club 32 restaurant for suites, and tediously answered all of our questions. Finally, she personally greeted our friends coming in on a later flight with the exact same friendly and can do attitude! We stayed on the 33rd floor in a nice suite. We had full view of the Opera House, Circular Quay, and the Sydney Bridge. Most important, we had access to the club 32 amenities including the very nicely prepared breakfast each morning. Most of the staff in the club called us by name. We were there for five nights so they kept seeing our faces, but have to give the authentic club 32 and concierge team props for making our time with them memorable. This hotel is within walking distance of the Rocks, Sydney Harbour Bridge, Circular Quay and the Opera House. There are nearby shops and restaurants. For what we neededâ€¦the hotel delivered in an excellent way. I cannot imagine a better property within easy walking distance of so many attractions.
