I recently stayed at the Four Seasons Sydney for 2nights and had a great experience, especially thanks to Rachel at check-in. I had a tight schedule after landing from Melbourne, but she handled everything efficiently. Such as organizing my luggage, room transition, and timing so my plans went smoothly. I was also upgraded to a full harbour view room, and the view at night was absolutely stunning. Her attention to detail really made my stay more comfortable and enjoyable. Thank you again, Rachel. I would definitely stay at the Four Seasons again on my next visit to Sydney.

Unfortunately hotel is decent but ruined by a British family throwing money around like it was confetti. One young couple could repeatedly be heard “get another pic” and “remember to tag the hotel and bondi beach”. Whilst I enjoyed my stay I think we need to keep riff raff like this away.

Heed my warning if you want to avoid any inconvenience, management will hesitate to accommodate requests or compensate for any inconvenience. I selected the Four Seasons to relax and have a worry free vacation, but encountered fruit flies in the shower and swarming into my glass of wine. I emphasized to management that I did not bring any fruit in the room and it was apparent that this has been an issue before since they did not exterminate the pests properly. Matters just got worst by Jamin Ninte the Assistant Manager intruding my breakfast and apologizing for the inconvenience. Honestly, if you are unwilling to compensate for the inconvenience why bother! An email after my stay by Kartik Kapoor the General Manager just added salt to the wound by just saying sorry and refusing to provide any compensation for the inconvenience. My stay was definitely memorable as the most disgusting stay at a hotel with fruit flies! I also saw another guest post a picture of a roach. This is obviously not an isolated incident. Kapoor insisting that he is "unable to undo what has transpired," but encouraging me to return for a “better experience.” Why would I spend my money at an establishment that disregards the guest at the hotel when encountering a problem?!? Managements response is indicative of problems encountered at the hotel and requires additional training on accommodating guests! Actions speak louder than words… I will definitely not return to an establishment when there are comparable options in the area that value me as a customer.

From the pool to the restaurant to the gym to the rooms and general facilities. They are all brilliant and the staff are superb and the view from the rooms of the harbour are to die for! Definitely worth the splurge and book through Four Seasons Preferred Partner for extra perks!

Really nice rooms, convenient location, plenty to do around the area. The staff were polite, its easy to get Taxi / Uber to and from here and a significant amount of places to eat and drink.
