Pros: Location, staff, good breakfast, good room service, heated open pool, Nespresso machine Cons: Tired and dull interiors, mediocre view, awful water pressure in the shower, expensive food and mini bar, clean but not spotless, bedding is not the most comfortable

We have stayed here many times. The service is impeccable the hotel view is 2nd to none. The is an opulent luxurious hotel. Even though its s little dated it makes up for it in every other way. We love darling harbour and the Rocks and this hotel is in a prime location. We do t stay anywhere else.

I love returning to the Four Seasons. The experience I had this time was seamless, from the concierge who took my bags, the receptionist who gave me the good news of an upgrade, the thoughtful duty manager who offered a wake-up call, the excellent breakfast staff, and the incredibly kind room manager who remembered that I'm allergic to scented products and placed natural products in my room. I had the best view, sleep, and dreams I've had in a long time. And then the General Manager wrote me the loveliest note. I can't wait to return!

Very fabulous place to stay. Great location and comfortable room. Love the restaurant and bar. Great cocktails and amazing service. Bit of noise from bar across the road but otherwise great stay.

Absolute remarkable, always looking forward in coming back. I will be returning in the near future without doubt
