The hotel amenities was great and location of the resort is ideal for water sports enthusiast. Apparently when we arrive nobody is there to approach us on the lobby so we need to carry our bag which require to use stairs. Pity its the first impression of the staff that carry the entire stay. When you ask the staff about certain activity it was very hard to communicate. The breakfast options are limited and its contrary to other feedback we read on TripAdvisor. Although the pool is very nice to see from our balcony but when the time we tried it, there so many feathers, fallen leaves and other small leftovers. It is not enticing to swim at all.

We spend 6 nights in sakala resort benoa, our room is so big, like a suites, it has a living room, big bath room, dining table and mini kitchen, the bed size is very big 220cm , the sofa can turn to an extrabed, but its not comfortable because the spring is weak already. They have 2 pool, i hope the management can improve the pool cleanliness, also we hope that the kids club is free for all guest. over all we enjoy our stay in sakala resort, its a resort that very suitable for family of 5 like us

Stayed here for 4 nights for my son’s wedding. Firstly, Thankyou Sakala for pulling off the most beautiful wedding ever! The fireworks were spectacular, we’ll never forget it. Delicious food and beautiful red velvet wedding cake. The resort is beautiful! Rooms are huge, modern and included king bed with super soft linen. Great air con. Staff were all very friendly. Any requests were met quickly. Keep up the great work!

The pools here are very spacious and nice. Our 2 bedroom suite was very large and comfy. The thing I liked the most here was the massage. Very cozy spa, I couldn't get enough of it. There is no private beach area for the resort, and the near side is only for water sports, you can't swim or sunbathe by the beach.
