We stayed in a pool view room - a wee bit of a walk to get anywhere but no real issue. Transfers to Bali collection and Seminyak were great. Breakfast great selection and the Sakala Beach Club was exceptional.

We have had a wonderful stay at the Sakala! From the moment we arrived to our leaving, we cannot speak more highly of the staff and their service, great food, facilities and location. We loved both pools, had great meals at the BBQ buffets and enjoyed the excellent service from the staff. They really look after the whole family. Special mentions to Kumar at the Beach Club and Natha at the pool bar, we appreciate all that you taught us about your beautiful country and your genuine hospitality. Thank you

This hotel was perfect for a friends/family get together. Most of us stayed in pool access rooms which made swimming so easy. The breakfasts were amazing - almost too much choice! Our room was huge with a dining and sitting area, huge bed in the bedroom and a very big bathroom. The spa was superb, lovely ambience and excellent full body massages and foot reflexology. Service was good, although sometimes a little slow at the beach bar and restaurant which is across the road, but lovely staff and very friendly. Benoa is a quieter area with few shops or stalls but it is easy to get a taxi to Kuta or Seminyak to shop.

We really had a great time here. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. We had the pool access room and it was very clean and big. The bed was in a room of its own which was lovely and big. It had a kitchen area lounge area and big bathroom. We would definatley stay there again. It was nice and close to Bali Collection and Kuta wasn't that far from it. I would recommend it

I love this place been to this for my honeymoon last year. Pros 1.Location-Near to Benoa beach and there are very good restaurants both indian and balinese near to this resort. 2.Hospitality- Very Friendly staff always ready to serve you with a smile 3.Rooms- Rooms are big and with all the amenities from coffee maker to Mini bar. 4. swimming pool- One of the biggest swimming pool in bali where you can enjoy a beer pint while swimming. 5.Breakfast- has a very nice breakfast buffet with live kitchen. 6. Sakala beach club- Spend a evening with your loved one its amazing. Cons- 1. Slow check in process thats it.- they took more than an hour to complete the check in process and that too when i checked at 2pm Bali time.
