We’ve had a great experience so far at NH Taormina. We’ve been fortunate enough to have a wonderful person, Monica, taking care of us at breakfast and dinner ! She’s been so kind and informative throughout this whole experience !

Good place to stay in Taormina
The location was perfect, and they offered valet parking. The room was very comfortable, and breakfast was great. Special thanks to team, they were so helpful.

The BEST Hotel Experience
This lovely hotel has beautiful views and the perfect location to the city center. It’s close to restaurants, shops, and historic locations without being in the most crowded area. We appreciated the staff there who were friendly and helpful. They greeted us by name and asked offered their assistance every day. I can’t say enough about Sarah, who is in Guest Relations. She made suggestions for restaurants and tours, all of which we loved.

Fabulous hotel and staff in Taormina
We arrived at the hotel on the late side and were warmly welcomed. Eleonora the concierge/customer relations staff person on duty quickly gave us some great restaurant choices and was able to make a reservation for a wonderful restaurant which was excellent. She also booked us a last minute excursion to Mt. Etna which turned out to be a fabulous experience. Following the Mt . Edna trip, Eleonora was able to book us a private time in the wet area of the spa. We felt she treated us with such special attention and we want to give praise back for such special treatment. Giovanni also helped us with some logistics and was great as well. I would highly recommend this hotel.
