Beautiful hotel
Great service, helpful employees. Hotel was very clean. Breakfast was delicious. Only thing I didn’t like is I couldn’t lock the bathroom door in my room, and the doors were glass, so you could see through the top and bottoms of the door. Otherwise, my stay there was awesome.

A wonderful week!
Central location. Fantastic view from deluxe room, over the old town and mediterranean Sea. Small but charming balcony. The kitchen have a high standard both for breakfast, roomservice 24-7 and during evening service. The beef cheek was exceptional delicious! The staff really cared about our wellbeing and asked several times that everything was to our taste. The staff was very customer friendly, nice treatment and caring. For us was Eleonora on guest service, Monika in the restaurant and Alexandra in cleaning fantastic. Their smile and care stays with us! We had a wonderful week!

Great thank you for a help in a difficult situation
Dear staff of the NH Hotel in Taormina I would like to sincerely thank you for your great help when we experienced a breakdown with our rental car 5 th November in front of your NH hotel. Your support, kindness, and willingness to assist us, calling a taxi for us made a difficult situation much easier , so that we were able to board on ferry back to Malta in the evening. Our great thanks belongs also to the taxi driver Mr.Angelo, who safely drove us back to ferry . We truly appreciate everything you did for us.

Stayed at this stunning hotel with a friend for 3 nights. The room (206) was perfect with a massive bathroom and lovely view from the balcony overlooking the pool and beyond. We were very well looked after by the attentive staff and nothing was too much trouble. I would definitely stay here again without question. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Lovely experience at the hotel
We enjoyed this hotel. The layout of our room was unusual with wardrobe and luggage space within the bathroom area but nothing we couldn’t cope with. I would like to highlight the lovely breakfast and a delicious dinner we had on the first night. We were due at the Opera and very conscious of time but we were looked after by the amazing Stefano who delivered excellent service and kept us bang on time.the food was excellent. I would also like to mention Giovanni at reception who was always very helpful and super friendly . Many thanks
