Wonderful Elopement Stay
We had a perfect time staying for our elopement weekend. All of the staff we encountered was extremely friendly and added to our weekend feeling extra special. We loved how dog friendly the property was, the cookies set out every day, and the breakfast spread. We are hoping to come back and stay for our future anniversaries.

Great visit
Fantastic staff, friendly, helpful. Room was amazing and clean. Close proximity to the gondola. Would absolutely stay here again and would love to come for the winter season. Fireplace and pull out couch with the steam shower really made the stay cozy

This hotel is excellent but Eric's customer service helped save the remaining part of our Colorado vacation.
This was my third stay at the Inn at Lost Creek, and once again, the facility, location, and staff all deserve five stars. However, during this visit, the exceptional customer service truly went above and beyond and saved the remainder of our Colorado vacation. On the morning of our checkout, one of my friends developed severe altitude sickness. When I went to the front desk to ask for help, Eric was in our room with an oxygen tank within five minutes. He quickly connected her to the oxygen and offered to extend our checkout time so she could spend an additional hour or two breathing the concentrated oxygen. Eric didn't stop there. He also called ahead to our next destination in Crested Butte to make sure they had the proper oxygen equipment available in case she needed it. Within two hours, my friend was feeling much better, and Eric provided helpful precautionary measures to help keep the altitude sickness at bay. Thanks to his quick response, genuine concern, and exceptional care, she did great for the remainder of our trip to Crested Butte and Rocky Mountain National Park. Eric truly saved our trip, and we were extremely grateful. His level of customer service went far beyond our expectations. Thank you, Eric, for providing the kind of care and service that turns a wonderful hotel stay into an unforgettable experience!
