I've been coming back to The Inn every year for the last 10 or 12 years. The staff and the management has gotten better and better. The service is unlike any in Telluride. We will keep coming back!

Exceptional!! The best experience I have had at a boutique hotel. Wonderful accommodations. Right in the middle of everything. I loved that you can use their sister properties amenities as well!! 10/10

This is our seventh visit here, and as we have stayed at several other ski resorts - including Deer Valley a few weeks ago - I'm in a good position to provide this review. So: First, the place has a great atmosphere, is nicely-appointed and in the heart of the Ski Village, also ski-in/ski-out. It has a ski shop in-house, car service, and a quality restaurant, a bar, and a ski valet. But above everything, the staff are personable, friendly and proactively seek to help and determine if all is what we want - a crucial factor since all the amenities in the world can be spoiled by poor customer service. The impression is one of a place that understands service, customer satisfaction, and is intent on having clients return. We did. Of particular note: Eric, on the hotel staff, is a model for others to follow in the service industry - and even lent us his own teapot! Laura, the manager, understands customers and made us welcome - and arranged our booking for 2025. Nice one.

The Inn is ideally located as a base for skiing. It is a short walk to restaurants and the gondolas across Mountain Village and down to Telluride. The facility is well maintained and comfortable. The staff is friendly and very helpful.

Everything about this place is wonderful. The staff, location, and breakfast, can’t be beat! My only suggestion would be to swap out the wooden window/door blinds for room darkening shades. The blinds haven’t held up well and let a lot of light in when groomers/snow mobiles are passing by throughout the night (location can’t be beat!).
