Guest room was sub par. As I stated before the fridge was a big issue having an ice box that was totally frozen Appallin
This day was not what I expected. The pillows was so uncomfortable. It was difficult to sleep. I asked to have them changed and nothing happened. The fridge icebox was frozen over and there wasn't a door on it. This fridge froze my diabetic medication's, which is not OK.

Last minute trip
I absolutely loved the tub we had in our room. I wanted a relaxing weekend to unwind. The room was clean and staff was very nice. The pool area was just lovely and i appreciated the water being heated.

It was all that was expected. Very nice touch with the complimentary wine bottle on arrival. Overall good experience.

Great for the $$
Very good value for the $$, the food and wine tastings were excellent. I would do it again, great with friends.

The sheets were buttery soft
The sheets were like butter. So soft and the views were gorgeous. You wake up hearing birds chirping and feel like you are far away from the city. It feels like Italy's Tuscany on the grounds of the villas. The views are amazing and the food and staff is amazing.

What a great trip! This hotel is right in the middle of SoCal wine country - a perfect location. The villas are so nice, and perfect for a relaxing, low-key weekend getaway. The food was excellent and the spa was so nice, and very accommodating. And then there is the wine - surprisingly good! Altogether a great long weekend.
