We have visited this resort several times over the past number of years and have never been disappointed. The staff is excellent - always friendly and helpful. The restaurant is perfect for any meal but especially for breakfast to start the day off right! Waitstaff in the restaurant are some of the best and go out of their way to serve you. The hotel and villa grounds are exceptionally beautiful and the location in the heart of Temecua Wine Country is unmatched.

It is a Beautiful property. The staff is very professional, helpful and efficient - Debra, Ariel and Gus were great. Restaurant had good food, and good service (Kyle, Bobby and Julio). Anita was a great hostess always helpful and accommodating. The villa had a nice view of the winery. The only thing is, the walls are thin you can hear your neighbors' conversation in the adjacent villa throughout the day. We thought they were conversing just outside the door but in fact they were inside their villa! I gave 3 stars because of that. For the price they charge per night for the villa, the stay should be more quiet and private,

Pros: Friendly Staff, good restaurant, good location. Cons: Everything else. Shower didn't work for 2 days - had to use bathtub faucet (sprayer didn't spray), bathroom door doesn't even close partway, had wait for 2nd visit from maintenance. Room keys didn't work - back downstairs, no housekeeping even though stay was 3 nights, so had to wait for them to find towel in some other building, Couldn't get another room, couldin't get another hotel.Too much to list here. Manager did offer some compensation and was very professional. Rooms are very dated - are they letting the property break down because of a planned remodel? That's the only thing that makes sense. Would not recommend.

We celebrated our anniversary with a two-night stay in a king deluxe villa. It was lovely to sit on the patio surrounded by grapevines. The room is huge with a fireplace and extra large bathroom, double sinks and spacious shower. I think we're spoiled now. We'll never stay anywhere else.

Perfect for a local romantic get away for 10 year anniversary. The villa we stayed in was great and romantic, we had dinner on property and everything was great and their cocktails were delicious.

What a great trip! This hotel is right in the middle of SoCal wine country - a perfect location. The villas are so nice, and perfect for a relaxing, low-key weekend getaway. The food was excellent and the spa was so nice, and very accommodating. And then there is the wine - surprisingly good! Altogether a great long weekend.
