Tempe Mission Palms Hotel & Conference Center

Beautiful hotel! Staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very clean and smells fresh. The grounds are well maintained. The bell staff are great! They took us to see the hole in the rock on one afternoon after our meeting concluded. Also easy, walking access to several restaurants.

The location for visiting your kid at ASU and attending football games is great! But the resort needs a complete refresh. The rooms were very worn and need updating, as does the resort itself. Our safe was broken and the air conditioning did not work right. At the pool, which is quite small, the area of the pool deck where you sit in the cabanas is falling apart and gets all over your feet. I expected more for the 4.5 star rating and the cost.

We've stayed multiple times. Best hotel to stay at in Tempe, especially if you're visiting ASU. Perfect for family weekend. Clean, well kept, beautiful grounds. Lots of amenities, and staff is remarkably nice

Conveniently located, the shuttle service to airport is excellent. The courtyard at the center of the hotel is an oasis in the city. The rooftop swimming pool is perfect with great views of the hills and sunset. The food was better than expected.

This is a really lovely hotel. Not a brand new, modern type of hotel but it is maintained really, really well. Nothing is broke or looks dirty. I was assigned a courtyard facing room so it was quiet too except due to proximity to the airport there can be plane noises.
