Tempe Mission Palms Hotel & Conference Center

Fantastic hotel, the staff can't do enough for you. It was the perfect setting for our January sales kick off, plenty of beautiful outdoor space, well equipped break out rooms, amazing food and ideal location for exploring! Would highly recommend.

The outdoor space, proximity to downtown and outdoor activities and most importantly the staff were soo amazing. We stayed for our annual kickoff and it couldn’t have been better

In general, the staff is very friendly and efficient. And the location of the hotel is fantastic for Tempe Arizona. However, on the morning of the 26th, the front desk attendant was not very friendly. Later, around 2:00 PM, when we went outside to catch the airport shuttle, the attendant simply looked at us and said it had already left. After that initial interaction, the tone became slightly friendlier. The shuttle driver, however, was extremely indifferent—almost gruff—and dropped us off at the airport without providing any instructions or guidance on where the check-in counters were located.

I enjoyed my stay in Phoenix. While the hotel itself is nice, I expected more for the nightly rate. My room was just okay. There was quite a bit of wear and tear shown in the room, leading one to wonder about the overall level of cleanliness. My shower temperature never increased beyond lukewarm, and anyone taller than 5'4" would have trouble with the ceiling height of the shower. I did experience a very loud neighbor beside me, and I was impressed with the responsiveness of the front desk in addressing the problem. The gentlemen at the front doors were always ready to help assist with a ride, with opening the doors with a smile, and to offer suggestions for coffee or a quick bite to eat. I appreciated the location of the hotel in relation to restaurant options around.

Great location and right on Mill Ave where it was lively, full of bars. Amazing hiking trail and view, next to ASU as well.
