Overall the hotel was nice. It was a relaxing enjoyable one night staycation. Walking diastance to restaurants and entertainment. The breakfast was delicious, specially as a Globalist perk. The buffet has everything but the Egg Benedicts. So if that’s not what you want to eat then stick with breakfast and get a made to order omelette and the other things. What soured the overall stay was the mold that we found a few hours before checkout. As we were walking out of our room to take a walk after breakfast my wife looked up and saw mold in the vent. It was bad. My teenager slept in the direct air and hanged out there for 24 hours. Tod the Manager gave me some compensation but honestly we are still uneasy and hopefully the risks are low. I would stay here again but I’ll make sure to o check the vents next time.

Wonderful experience from start to finish. I arrived well after midnight, and the entire check-in process was seamless. Before even boarding my flight to Phoenix, I had already received a digital room key and arranged a late check-out for the following day. After a long day of travel, it was a relief to head straight to my room without needing to stop at the front desk—especially since the digital key worked perfectly, which isn’t always the case. Pros: * Spacious, clean rooms * Friendly, professional, and well-trained staff * Modern, elegant, and well-maintained property and grounds * Located in a lively area, yet quiet and peaceful inside * Complimentary water bottles are generously sized * Comfortable beds and pillows Cons: * Rooms may feel slightly dated, but they are still well-kept and far from worn or run-down Overall, a smooth, comfortable, and highly pleasant stay. I would gladly return.

The resort campus is lovely, the food is great, the staff is phenomenal and all provide unreasonable hospitality that will have our group coming back from years to come.

Our multi day stay was perfect from arrival all the way to departure. Meals and drinks on property were all so satisfying. Room service arrived hot, yea hot, and timely. Every crew member we encountered was so friendly, helpful and engaging. We traveled with a younger child and didn’t feel out of place nor un-welcome, although, the property offered a mature comfortable feel, simultaneously. The pool was perfect sized and well enjoyed by our entire family. We were able to enjoy a nice lunch with drinks in the complimentary cabana while our child enjoyed the pool.

Very comfortable stay. Clean beds and bathrooms. A bit noisy due to the bar across the street though. Decor is simple. Location to everything was very good. Service was very good as well.
