I've stayed here several times. The staff is so friendly and goes above and beyond in service! During my most recent visit with friends we stopped by on the way to return our rental car to drop off our bags and Otto called the rental office and arranged for them to pickup the car at the hotel leaving us more time to enjoy Tempe on our very short visit. Two weeks earlier my husband and I stayed here and when I mentioned I'd be returning soon after a trip to Sedona, Otto took out maps and marked places to see on our way up. All of the staff are very friendly and helpful! Looking forward to my next visit!

Great location - many places to shop and eat within very short walking distance. Nice hidden gem. Beautiful courtyard and courteous staff. Will stay here again if my daughter chooses to go to ASU. 😊😊

I traveled here for 4 nights as a part of a conference for work. I thought that the service here was some of the best I've experienced from a hotel, being both well-staffed and professional. We used some of the conference center rooms, which were great for the event. I liked the hotel rooms too--nice decor, Southwest themed, and very clean. The rooms were a good size and had everything I needed. The location here is the best part though, right off of Mill Ave, so anything you need, from restaurants to hiking, is all walkable. I would definitely stay here again, top notch all around.

We stayed here for parents weekend at ASU. LOVED the location - perfect for walking to the restaurants/bars, the stadium, and the ASU campus. Uber & Lyft drivers were never more than 2 minutes away. Our room was clean and had all the amenities we needed: coffee maker, mini fridge, safe, hair dryer, & even a few drawers (which no hotels seem to want to provide anymore). The bed & pillows were SO comfortable! My husband loved the chocolate snacks and huge bottles of water in the room - they cost extra, but it was nice to have them available. The internet is part of the daily resort fee, which also covers parking & the shuttle. Every staff member we talked to was friendly and helpful. There is a free shuttle to/from the airport and our shuttle driver gave us tips about saving money by renting a car through the hotel instead of the airport. The valet parking is also covered by the daily resort fee. The breakfast was very good and the price was reasonable. (Try the Cornflake French toast with Raspberry Mascapone!) The coffee and daily newspaper were complimentary, which was a nice touch. We didn't have a chance to use the pool or weight room, so I can't comment on those. The Hotel was perfect for a few days' stay and its going to be our GO-TO Hotel for the next 4 years of visiting our daughter! Make sure to ask for an "inside" room. Our room was just above the front door on the 2nd floor and I was constantly awakened by trucks/cars, music blasting, luggage being rolled, and loud voices all night long. I'm sure a different room location would have made all the difference.

We were very disappointed in the Mission Grille service; wait time. If you are in a hurry and want to eat there, then plan a lot of flex time, because you may wait for service while other groups are served.
