Nice setting and convenient location. Good breakfast. Good Gym. Poor customer service. Rooms are dated and aged in condition.

Friendly staff seemed to read my mind and were super fast and helpful. Everthing was wonderful, the pool and hot tub were clean and the hotel smells amazing whatever they have pumping through the vents. Just an overall great experience and will go back for sure.

We were pleasantly surprised at the coziness and friendliness of the staff at the hotel. The center courtyard was delightful both for breakfast and evening drinks. Overall excellent experience.

Not a five star hotel, but very nice considering the area. Staff was delightful, free parking room very clean, and very quiet. They have restaurants 3 m3qls a day.

the proximity to the airport and ASU makes this a fine spot if you want to be in the heart of the city, but with those proximities comes airplane noise and college kids enjoying themselves late into the night.
