Loud place due to construction next door. My request to switch room to the rend of hallway was not addressed properly.

This is our second stay at this hotel and it’s by far the best hotel in Tenerife. The staff are all amazing and genuinely want to give you the best holiday. In particular, Eduardo, Emir, Lis from the restaurant and Alberto from reception and Rosa the guest experience manager/hotel manager. They are a credit to the hotel and couldn’t praise them enough. Staff remembered us from last time which really impressed us. This time we ate in the evenings and the food was so, so good. We’ve had dinner at the Ritz Carlton and the dinners here are so much better! We had a top floor room with the terrace again and love it. You get privacy and a private plunge pool. They cater very well for Gluten free and have the best pastries, so much so I’ve been trying to find them to get in the UK as by far so much better than we get in the UK!! This will be our annual holiday destination like many others do (we even met a couple, we met last time we stayed who remembered us too). They’ve been 15 times which says it all. If you’re thinking about booking, do it and you won’t regret it.

Beautiful Hotel, with excellent hospitality from all Staff with a mission to ensure that throughout our stay, we could relax in comfort and peaceful surroundings. Bedrooms are superb with what has to be the most comfortable bed ever made! Pool and garden areas are well maintained and relaxing, with a bar and restaurant service available via pager. Suffice to say we had a brilliant holiday. Many thanks Sir Anthony. Hopefully be back quite soon.

From our arrival at the Hotel, the attentive Staff were brilliant, in all areas. Any requests were immediately dealt with effectively and efficiently, and always with a smile. Hotel location is perfect. All rooms face the sea, which is but a few steps away from the front gates. Whilst the Hotel dining can be recommended, with a varied food and drinks menu available, there are many bars, restaurants and shops within a short walk, and these do not impede on the peaceful, and overall calm that exudes within the Hotel, including the garden and pool area. There are sun beds and day beds available around the pool with a countless supply of fresh towels provided. Drinks and snacks can be ordered by the pool, via a pager, provided at each group of sunbeds. The lay out is excellent and sets a very high bar. Many thanks to everyone at Sir Anthony, both at the front and back of house. It was an absolute blast and we cannot wait to return soon. Muchas gracias.
