Four Seasons Resort and Residences Jackson Hole

We decided, since we are no longer skiers, to treat ourself to a relaxing tail end or our vacation this summer, heading home to Idaho. Four Seasons ,Jackson Hole ,right? What a mistake it was. We paid a great deal $2,200 per night and ended up in the basement! Granted it had a fireplace and window but WOW not worth the money! They are far away from everything and pathetic personalities who greet you! Because of Fire in our Boise area and trying to get home through Wyoming fires on top of it, we cut our stay short. At the desk ,they were gracious and took the second night off, giving us a 0$ balance on our receipt. Two months later, they decided to charge us and we have to pay them for the second night? We have never heard of such a thing in such a fine company. We stay at Four seasons in Hawaii and Chicago and expected the same service and quality here. NOT. It' not impressive. Save your money and go to Hawaii or Chicago or somewhere this company has employees who care to the last detail. This hotel is NOT worth it by far. That made us very sad and apprehensive to ever stay at another one , in case they are all failing? Who knows but skip this one. My advice.....stay far away from Four Seasons hotel in Jackson Hole!

I can count on just a few fingers the number of Four Seasons that have disappointed me, but this one I would put at the very top of Four Seasons disappointments. The entire building is dated and tired. The common areas and bathrooms have not been renovated in possibly two or more decades. We had booked a suite for our anniversary, and found ourselves in a room adjacent the elevators with a view of the parking circle below. Needles to say, we could overhear every noisy group of guests coming and going, and getting on and off the elevators all night long. We stayed for three nights and housekeeping was spotty, arriving at odd hours, and once not even remembering to clean our room until we called them at 6pm. The view at breakfast was of the ski lift, which might be fine if we had been there for ski season, but we were there in the summer. So, taking in the sights of a large, rusty old ski lift sitting in mud was less than what one would have hoped for. When we complained about housekeeping and our room’s proximity to the elevators, we were offered a bottle of champagne and chocolates, but no real solution (like a change of rooms). Never heard a word from the manager. Hard to say if they even had one.

Excellent property, nice rooms, service is excellent. Food is ok. Could be better. The best part was the service

Fantastic summer stay with the kids. The service was absolutely amazing (even the valet guys would greet you with your name) and the food is excellent (especially Chophouse but even the pool food as well as drinks was great). It is not the newest property at this point but it is well maintained (and the room service so good!!). It’s an excellent base to explore the National Park and for many other activities. I would highly recommend if you are in the area. Everyone was so welcoming and friendly.

Wonderful experience! We stayed on the residence side of the resort. Clean property. So well maintained. Staff was very welcoming and had several treats waiting for us in our dining room area. The staff also made our 3 kids stay extra special in several ways. I also enjoyed a couple spa services. Very relaxing. Hope to be back.
