Hotel Terra Jackson Hole in Teton Village, Wyoming
Staying at Hotel Terra Jackson Hole means you will be only a quick 5-minute walk away from the slopes of Teton Village as well as close to the Snake River with summer pastimes like swimming, rafting or fishing. Emulating the traditional look of an alpine lodge on the outside, the trendy property sets itself apart by pairing crackling stonewalled fireplaces and Western motif photography with modern furniture and whimsical objets d'art. The 132 rooms and suites are sleekly designed in subdued earth and burnt orange hues incorporating rough luxe accents like cowhide cube chairs and glass-topped log coffee tables. All rooms come with modern creature comforts such as large flat-screen televisions, iPod docks, mini fridges and complimentary wireless Internet access. Bathrooms provide heated floors and double vanities. Eco-friendly Hotel Terra is LEED-certified green evident in en-suite organic toiletries and a proprietary recycling program.
Having fun on the mountain does not mean that you have to lug your own gear: the hotel offers on-site ski rentals, a retail shop for your outdoor needs and a convenient ski valet. If snow sports on the slopes or hiking the trails during summer do not tire you out, head to the well-equipped fitness center or the heated outdoor infinity pool from where you have a prime view across the goings-on in the village. Guests can take advantage of complimentary access to all spa areas including steam showers and a rooftop Jacuzzi with sweeping views reaching across the plains to the next mountain range. For a quick bite to eat in between runs settle in at casual on-site Terra Café (which also has a designated kids' corner). The hotel's fine dining option Il Villagio Osteria draws on Italy's vast array of dishes ranging from rich Osso Buco Milanese to lighter choices like brick-oven roasted chicken with raisins, pine nuts and olives. Oenophiles can descend on the Osteria's wine bar and munch on house-made antipasti while tasting from one of about 150 predominantly Italian wines. Combining the cozy welcoming feel of a mountain lodge with top-tier amenities, Hotel Terra Jackson Hole makes for the perfect home base after a day of adventuring in the breathtaking Rocky Mountain outdoors.

Reviews for Hotel Terra Jackson Hole
The room was tiny, service was lousy, no wash cloths in the bathroom, room was not cleaned until late afternoon. No coffee in the reception area, restaurant charged us for coffee to go 8.00. Charges for two nights were over $900.00. Do not stay here, Donald Stiger Folsom , Ca.

We booked this hotel on our agants recommendation and we are pleased we did. Excellent room and lounge, with high end facilities like Bose sound system and well fitted kitchen. Staff are really friendly and do everything they can to help. The block even has a laundry which was a boon to us as we were travelling on to Yellowstone. This was a special trip for us coming from the UK, so unlikely to visit again, but would be more than happy to recommend to any friends or family who are considering a visit to the area.

Nice hotel that had great staff, great service and very nice rooms. Only 'not great' was the very firm bed-too hard for me and the attached Italian restaurant-good not great. Rooftop hot tub in the snow was amazing-I'd go back in a minute!

We traveled for one day to visit Jackson and we found a great deal at this hotel , it is in Jackson hole village and the service manager with great actitud and helpful . the rooms are nice and clean and the Free wifi great
We had a medical emergency at home and tried to cancel our hotel booking. We were told there was nothing we could do and we would have to pay the over $400+/night reservation. Fine. But, then I just noticed on my monthly credit card statement that the hotel tried to charge us $47 during our "stay" which we never went on. I have disputed with my credit card, but I cannot believe a hotel would dare to charge additional fees for non-occupied rooms even after we had to swallow the entire booking fee. Perhaps better to stay away from these boutique hotels and go with a Marriott or Hyatt that let you cancel up until 24 hours in advance.
