We stayed in a beautiful one bedroom with two bathrooms. The location is great and the service is excellent. The hotel provides easy access to explore Grand Teton National Park and the concierge was knowledgeable and helpful finding us activities and hikes that we would enjoy. We had breakfast at the hotel each morning and the food is wonderful.

I stayed here last year while driving across country with my mother and it was amazing! We stopped here on a bit of a whim and were so glad we did. The service in the hotel was TOP NOTCH from the guys bringing in our luggage to the staff at the front desk - they learned our names, t offered helpful suggestions on food and activities for our very short stay - we were there less than 24 hours and I still remember it as a highlight of the trip. We ate at Il Villaggio Osteria in the hotel - we arrived too late for a reservation so they sat us at the bar and we had a blast! The bartender was great - talkative and fun but not obtrusive and the food was delicious. This place was so worth it!

I've stayed in Hotel Terra many times since it first opened but hadn't been back been since it became a Noble House property. I wish they'd left it alone. Now it's just like any other big )low budget) hotel chain with no charm and virtually no customer service. They kindly left me a bottle of Pellegrino in my room (my gift for probably 15 repeat trips) but with no way to open it, it was hard to enjoy even after repeated requests for a bottle opener. The housekeeping never replenished my coffee service so I had to settle for black coffee in the morning since the cafe was closed. The room service cut off is 10PM so be prepared if you arrive late. There's just NO WAY this is a 4 star hotel - even 3 might be pushing it! I'm sorry. . . it used to be a great place to stay in the village.

I'm surprised that this hotel is listed as a four star hotel. This hotel does not offer 24 hour room service, but cuts room service, and all of its dining options, off at 10pm. We had a late flight from the east coast, with no access to dinner, but thankfully the nearby Four Seasons served food until 11pm so we didn't have to go hungry. We felt the hotel was priced very high for what it is. We experienced multiple service blunders. Our room was skipped for cleaning one day. We never received help for our baggage. The doormen couldn't offer directions. The one elevator was very slow, very very slow. This hotel is priced like a four star hotel, especially in season, but it is not a four star hotel.

This was going to be 4.5/5 stars all the way. The hotel was cute and modern with amazing artwork. The infinity pool was gorgeous. Location was clutch. The hot tub was maybe a letdown - not very hot, and no real view from inside the tub, but that's really nitpicking. The front desk staff is the reason for this 3 stars. Actually the daytime front desk staff members were all amazing. Super friendly and thoughtful when checking us in and out. The nighttime staff was a different story. I think the gentleman's name was Juan, but he literally haggled with my boyfriend over extending our checkout an extra hour, by the 15 minute increment. Haggled, like we were in a market trying to buy souvenirs. Over 15 minute increments. We had to laugh about it amongst ourselves to try and get over the awkwardness with some comic relief. Definitely NOT the treatment you'd expect to receive at a AAA 4-star property where you're staying several nights at $400+ a pop. This nickel and diming was so ludicrous that we nicknamed the daytime staff the "A" team, and the evening staff the "B" squad.
