We had such a great time and met great friends. Junior, Logan, Jessica, Raphael, Charlie, Jackson and Luis made our stay second to none. Highly recommend for a small, resort with an eco aspect and lots of adventures to choose from.

The entire experience was excellent. The trip of our lives! The friendly staff was amazing and made the trip extra special. A special shout out to Junior, the best bartender of all time, Action Jackson, King Louie, Emerson, Carlos, Shaaqira, Charles, and Rulfie. Every meal was excellent. The lodging was clean and very pleasant. The island was so amazing. The island was quiet and remote. Just what we needed.

Our 5 night stay was an experience in true paradise at Thatch Caye! All thanks to the hardworking, genuine, and talented hospitality experts of the Muy Ono team! There is not a single thing we wished would have been different!

First time in Central America. We brought our two adult daughters for a 7 days stay. The island was immaculate. Accommodations were extremely clean and in like new condition. Meals were Top Notch with the local cuisine fully represented in flavor, preparation and diversity. The atmosphere was exactly in line with what we imagined a tropical paradise would be like. All these outstanding characteristics would be meaningless without the superb staff on the island (and the logistic support Team answering all questions via email and phone calls prior to our trip). We can’t say enough about how every single Muy’Ono staff we meet, either just in passing as they were raking the grounds or loading supplies off a boat or interfacing with them as a integral part of our stay were genuinely courteous, compassionate and above all appeared very happy at their job. We have never experienced such a universal caring vibe from a hospitality Team. We would like to express Thanks to the key people we interfaced with on a routine basis who made us feel like an extension of their family: Shakira- Amazing Team lead that we single out as “Momma Bear” nurturing the atmosphere with her personality. Luis- extremely professional and knowledgeable making quick work of any logistic or business related need. Edwin, Junior and Charles- servers/bartenders extraordinaire . Making very creative drinks for us and listening intently to our stories. Logan- showed compassion to ensure our family’s visit was pleasant and all needs meet. Rafael- Tour guide, local subject matter expert extraordinaire. What a joy to listen to his experiences, knowledge of Belize and what it has to offer to those willing to listen and learn. This guy Rocks! From our perspective, if you want to experience a tropical island and be thankful your time and money are well spent, Thatch Caye is unquestionably the place to go.
