So I've decided to write another review because we have been many times and have stayed at many different locations. We've stayed at (from most expensive to least expensive) Mountain top (sleeps 10), Cottages (sleeps 6-9), Kinlochen(sleeps up to 8), Inn at the Mountain (sleeps 4), and Hamlet(sleeps 4). My favorite by far are the cottages. We love #315, Cattail. It's a stand alone house. Location is perfect and it's not loud. Hamlet is nice for a quick ski weekend, but try to get 1st or second floor as there is no elevator. It's just a hotel room. Mountain top is great but away from the main area. (But they have their own pool!) Our most recent stay was the kinlochen. Great location for skiing, but I do still prefer the cottages over kinlochen as you don't feel you are in a hotel and we had a problem with people above us pounding on the floor early in the morning. Just my opinion. They vary greatly in price and time of year. We love Crystal!!! Don't miss it! So much for families to do and great staff!

We love Crystal Mountain. The slopes are long enough for for kids. The lifts are easy to get on and off. They take good care of the mountain. The village is fun. The outdoor grill (weekends) is fun and indoors it's easy to get food and find a table. I do wish there was more outdoor seating on warm days.

Wonderful 'dogcation' as pet units are available. Resort is clean, friendly, beautiful, accommodating and close to beach. Have visited several times and will continue to do so. Good food available in restaurants is a plus! Super friendly staff everywhere! Love this place!

My family and I visited Crystal Mtn this past weekend and had a great time! We stayed at a condo across from the slopes that was ideal for our family of four. The slopes were icy due to the heat but we got some snow each day that helped tremendously. None of the runs are very long but we didn't wait on a single lift. I would not recommend to those seeking black diamonds but for my family who lives on the blue slopes it was great. The resort facilities seem new and developing. The resort area is not to level of snow shoe yet but could easily get there. I think it could use more options for eating and drinking. It definitely needs something at the top of the hill. But that's a small complaint and didn't gender our fun at all. We will definitely be coming back!
