This is nearly a world class hotel. Despite it being Golden week (I'd recommend trying to avoid this time if you can) most staff did a great job providing 5 star service levels. Our Hilton Gold status was acknowledged at check in and we were offered a very reasonable price to upgrade to a fabulous bay view suite for our 5 day stay. We had booked a city view king room which would have been upgraded to a bay view king room if we had not accepted the suite upgrade offer. A full breakfast was included due to our status and despite it being very busy, having breakfast in the China Blue restaurant was wonderful. The lobster omelette was great! The hotel is well located for Haneda airport and the local metro system. And Ginza is only a 10-15 min walk away. The only blemish on the service level was the very average experience in the bar/ cocktail area which is called TwentyEight Bar and Lounge. The quality of the cocktails varied enormously, and the wine portions were very small (I'd guess at 125 ml). This was a 3 star experience at best. We didn't eat an evening meal in the hotel, but can recommend 'Chopped Salad Days' Shiodome branch if you want a large healthy fresh salad. It's only a few minutes walk away. We would certainly stay at this hotel again.

This hotel's service is so far beyond other hotels I've stayed at, and it's not even close. It's hard to describe the level of care that each person takes to ensure a good experience. I wish I could remember everyone's names to give personal thanks! Beyond service, the room and public spaces were just immaculate. Large, comfortable, clean rooms and beds (and the bathroom - OMG!). The lounge at night in the lobby area was so nice to admire the view with a light meal and drink. Breakfast was delightful (try the Matcha pancake) and again is topped off by amazing service and views. The level of detail and care that this hotel takes is unmatched, in my opinion. Don't hesitate to stay here!

EXCELLENT HOTEL, THO LARGE VERY ATTENTIVE GUEST SERVICES. WE BOOKED THE EXECUTIVE LEVEL. ROOM 3744 VERY SPACIOUS WITH A VIEW THO NOT OF THE HARBOR SIDE…BUT STILL NICE HUGE BATHROOM….THIS HIGH END PROPERTY WAS WORTH IT! BREAKFAST, TEA AND EVENING DRINKS INCLUDED. LOVELY HARBOR SIDE VIEW FROM LOUNGE. WEEK-ENDS VERY CROWDED SO RESERVE A TIME BEFORE YOU GO…SERVICE IS WHAT SETS THIS PROPERTY APART….VERY PROFESSIONAL YET FRIENDLY.

My stay at the Conrad Tokyo was an absolute delight, and I cannot stress enough how highly I recommend it. Japan captured my heart during my trip, and a significant part of that was due to this exceptional hotel. The team members were incredibly warm and hospitable, making us feel truly welcome. Situated in a convenient location, the hotel is surrounded by an array of fantastic restaurants, shops, and other attractions. Its sleek and sophisticated ambiance manages to be inviting and approachable. While it may require a considerable investment of money or loyalty points, I can confidently assure you that your stay here will be an unforgettable experience.

This hotel is on another level. Hard to beat the location which is just steps from the shiodome station. The staff was fantastic. In particularly want to give a shout out to Aisha at the front desk who went well above and beyond to make me feel appreciated as a diamond tier member. I was able to wait for check in at the executive lounge. I was fortunate enough to get an upgrade to a harbor view executive suite and the view was amazing. The room itself had so many small touches/features to it that I am not used to like a heated floor in the bathroom, a separate dressing room and even a second bathroom. The happy hour in the executive lounge had a decent array of food options and the alcohol selection was of a good quality, having my particular favorite Glenlivet available. My only regret is that I only had 1 night to stay here before flying back to the US. I’ve stayed at all the Hiltons in Tokyo and they each have their good things and things that I wish could be improved on but I have difficulty finding anything bad to say about the Conrad. I will definitely be coming back to this property.
