The hotel is very much of its era, but immaculately maintained, and with excellent service. My room was calm, comfortable, and well-serviced during my stay. The breakfast selections were great and the property, with a waterfall and rose garden, is most attractive at this time of year. With a busy work schedule, the only thing I found inconvenient is that after 9 pm the only food alternatives I could discover were room service, or a bar menu at Trader Vic's on the property, which is claustrophobic and airless. I look forward to visiting again one day.

Amazing hotel! The service was impeccable; they let me check in early after a 13-hour flight to Tokyo. The rooms are extremely well-appointed, everything you could ask for and if it's not there, they provide it on the spot. The breakfast buffet at Satsuki Restaurant is phenomenal, well worth the upcharge. The garden on the grounds is stunning, especially the waterfall area.

I am in the 874 room in the Main Tower. On my first day in Tokyo, my wife and I approached the concierge to ask for help to create a SUICA card. After the concierge have tried to cerate it, I had lost 3000 yens and had no card. Then he said that we could buy the SUICA card in the subway station, which wasn't possible as there are no machines to issue the card at the small station close to the hotel. As we had no yens, we needed to walk all the way back to the hotel again. Then a lady from Concierge helped us to exchange money to then be able to walk to the subway again. 2h lost and we were already tired even before going out. Long story short, do no use the concierge unless you want waste money and time

I had booked a room for a single person and I was assigned a twin room. When I checked about this at reception, the staff said that room type was not guaranteed with my reservation. I found this really strange as my room confirmation email had a snapshot of a room with a double bed and I could not find a mention of bed type anywhere. For a single occupancy, I would have thought they will assign a double bed by default instead of 2 twins. Moreover, the staff at reception just kept repeating sorry in response to my request instead of making any effort to actually help. This experience really cast a shadow on my overall stay and other facilities at the hotel, which were quite okay. I hope the staff can be better trained to be more helpful to guests.

This hotel was a nice surprise. Very well equipped with amazing amenities. Staff were incredible in their service and we always felt welcome and cared for. The room was so awesome. They provided us with a humidifier in the room for the use of our stay at no extra charge. Also provided were pjs, robe, slippers, toothbrush kit, and other bathroom stuff. Also water & soda were free with this room. We also received 1 bottle of sake for free too. Location was great. Easy walk to public transportation and if you're up for it you can walk to other parts of Tokyo too.
