Reviews for The Prince Park Tower Tokyo

Worth staying at

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 4 weeks ago

Amazing service, great rooms, only wish they had someone who spoke servers languages to communicate a little better, but they did great with trying to help. Looking forward to visiting Japan again and staying here. As well as in the other locations they have a place.

High-class hotel in a park

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 1 month ago

The main reason I booked this hotel was the negative reviews saying that children are not allowed in the pool. As someone who uses a pool to swim laps, that fact is a HUGE plus. The pool is well-maintained, with two lanes and a separate lane for water walkers. I did not mind the 3000 yen daily charge to use it, because it is a very nice facility. The only complaint I have about the hotel is that the bathroom was really poorly lit, with little shelf space in the shower. That made is hard to put on makeup and otherwise get ready in the morning. Otherwise, the room was great—nice toiletries, good air conditioner, comfy bed, nespresso machine, seating area to lounge. While other reviews say the style of the facilities is out of date, I liked it. It is classy and well-maintained.

Breathtaking Tokyo Tower View, But Room Needs an Update

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 1 month ago

The view from the room was absolutely amazing—Tokyo Tower lit up at night was truly unforgettable and made the stay feel special. The location is also very convenient for getting around the city. However, the room itself felt a bit outdated. While everything was clean and functional, the furniture and decor could definitely use some modern updates to match the impressive view. That said, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall experience was still enjoyable. If you’re looking for a great view and don’t mind an older-style room, this place is worth considering.

Great place with some flaws

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 1 month ago

This hotel is very nice, view is fantastic, service is impeccable, location is great (located in downtown, near all popular destinations, also there is a very nice park next to it). There are several good restaurants and spa and more, I wouldn't mind stay in this hotel without going anywhere, because there are enough interesting things to do in this hotel alone. But I have to give it less than perfect score due to the fact there are some minor flaws. 1. Towels are not soft enough for high end hotel , 2 AC sucks (this is not hotel's fault, all ac in Japan are impossible to be cool like other countries. Don't go to Japan when it's warm). 3. Club lounge (which i had paid extra to stay at premium floor in order to use lounge) not open during some hours despite the fact hotel claim it open from 8 to 10 pm.
