We stayed at this hotel for 4 days, split over 2 visits. The first room was amazing as we were upgraded, the room was large well laid out and had great features. The second room was normal (but good) as I think the hotel was busy. The room was large comfortable and had everything we needed, including a jacuzzi bath, which we needed after going up Fuji. We used the restaurants for breakfast and twice for dinner. We really appreciated the great service at the Japanese restaurant in the basement, they were lovely and made us feel welcome. My only gripe was that it was about £30 (4120 yen) to use the pool and spa, and this was a special rate.

This is a high class Tokyo hotel. Service is very good. There are many restaurants in the hotel but be prepared to pay a higher price than expected. The WiFi in the rooms is not very dependable. It is best to use the hard wire provided.

This hotel is world class it has everything that you could want, (i.e. in the lobby they have a room with automatic money exchanges you can put in any currency or travelers checks and it will exchange at current rates. This is the first time I had seen anything like this, you do not have to deal with anyone knowing how much money you exchange.) The rooftop bar and restaurant is a nice place to relax after a day of wondering around town. The breakfast is about what you would expect from a 5 star hotel, but you will fall in love with the French Toast and pouched eggs. Rooms are very large with all the room that you could ever want. I only stayed 5 days and they took care of me like I was one of their own grandfathers there was nothing that you could ask that they were not willing to help.

Highly recommended hotel, all the amenities associated with a five star hotel, the larger rooms are amazing, we particularly loved the Natural Spa situated near the swimming pool, we dined in two of the many restaurants both were very expensive, especially the rooftop bar and restaurant, but the views are worth it, the lifts facing the reception area are also pretty cool. This Hotel is very close and handy for the Tokyo Tower but it's a taxi ride for anything else nearby. I would definitely stay again.

Hotel is really lovely with helpful and polite staff - they make you feel special, like kings & queens. The rooms were big and had great views over the city. The toiletries in the beautiful bathroom, not to mention the supply of adaptors for your electrical gadgets were a very lovely surprise - definitely more than you'd get in other countries. The facilities, bakery, sky view restaurant, variety of other restaurants, bowling, supermarket etc. were fantastic. Just quite perfect. We had a room that overlooked the freeway, so the only spoiler is the noise from the traffic and emergency vehicles that you can hear at night. Also a convenient location from which to get around the city. You don't have to walk far to get to the nearest train station, or walk to the restaurant areas.
