Highest Recommendation for Family or anyone!

Amazing hotel with the best location for family. It’s just steps from Shimbashi station and there are tons of food options at the station and surrounding area. It’s walking distance to Ginza and Tsukiji Outer Market. You could easily walk from the hotel through Ginza, to Tokyo station, International Forum, and Imperial Palace. We traveled with a 6yr old boy who needs lots of room to run around and there was lots of open spaces just outside of the hotel for that. We were glad to purchase breakfast with our stay since they serve the most amazing and healthy breakfast. For the first 3 nights, we got the Superior Twiin Room and asked for an extra cot, which was basically a bed. When we returned from few days in Osaka, we opted for the Junior Suite King and the 6-yr old sleep on the sofa. Just ask for extra bedding. You have the option to purchase the cot also, but wasn't necessary. Both types rooms were great. Just depends how much space you need. This is definitely a high end hotel, but didn’t feel gaudy. Staff were so gracious and kind. Couple of bonuses were that the water pressure was super high for the most incredible showers and that you could purchase boxes at the bell desk to take home all the souvenirs you will purchase. We arrived in Japan with 2 check-ins and left with 4! It’s easy to do and we are not the shopping type.

Great Location

This was a great hotel located on top of the Shiodome Train station making travel either within the city or on to the next location very easy. The room was very clean although fairly small by Uk/ European standards but that is usual in Japan. Our room was on 34th floor and breakfast was served a few floors down. Try to get a table along the far side with the view of tokyo tower as on a clear day you will also see Mount Fuji. There was a varied choice for breakfast - with a buffet and then a selection of eggs which you could order. For dinner we found a greater selection of restaurants around the opposite side of the station. Tokyo is an extremely clean and calm feeling city. Whilst its not close to all of the top sights you can walk to Tokyo tower and easily get the metro to the others. I would definitely stay here again.

A very clean modern hotel in the heart of Tokyo.

It's a very clean, modern, and busy hotel. The location couldn't be any better for us. We took the Tokyo Monorail from Haneda airport, changed to Yamanote line in Hamamatsucho station, and got off in Shimbashi station. The hotel was five minute walk from the Shimbashi Station. There were not many eating options around the hotel, but if you are willing to walk 15 minutes, especially towards Ginza, there are many options. The hotel breakfast was awesome, though. The view from the hotel was great, and the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. We recommend the hotel.

Great Views and Super Convenient Location

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 2 months ago

I was skeptical given the price but this place exceeded my expectations. Honestly best value for money in a big city with friendly service. The location is 10/10, situated in the heart of Tokyo right next to Ginza and a train station, just super convenient. Just a 5-10 min walk in any direction you’ll find no shortage of restaurants and shops. The room is decent sized for Tokyo standards and comfy, not to mention the view of the city which was incredible.

Lovely modern hotel in an excellent location, walking distance to Ginza and beside a station with multiple lines. Staff all very helpful. Excellent breakfast. Decent size room by Tokyo standards. Handy to have a laundry. We were lucky to get a clear winter morning with a view of Mt Fuji, both from our room and from breakfast. Would stay again.
