Reviews for Four Seasons Hotel Toronto
Dear New friends at the Four Seasons, "You guys" were awesome!!! Yes, you were so warm and accommodating that we felt like friends when we left. Hunter and I had such a great time and it will be a father-son trip I'll never forget. You're welcome for letting your Maple Leafs and Raptors win! We were so blessed to get OT games on both accounts! We're forever grateful for the kindness, generosity, and INCREDIBLE customer service we experienced at every level. I've stayed in a few Four Seasons hotels and the service here was unmatched. From the sports-themed welcome treats, the informational emails before and during our stay to helping with transportation, or even setting up the rental car - it went so smoothly. I mean c'mon, sending JT into the gym at exactly THAT time just to make our experience better; that was smooth! ļ The room was spacious and comfortable! DBar was a happening place! Tes was an amazing driver and better individual! Carolina made our trip over to Niagara Falls efficient and predictable. Special thanks to Chris, Julia, & Carolina!!! We'll be back someday! Give us a shout if you're ever our way for any reason or visiting our neighbors here at the Four Seasons Las Colinas in Texas. We'll show you some great Mexican food and southern hospitality (although you guys clearly have the hospitality down). Warm regards from warmer temps, Jeff & Hunter
This was my first time staying at this hotel in a few years. While I really enjoyed my stay here, I was disappointed in the suite I had. The wallpaper in our living room we had was peeling a bit. Most disappointing was the temperature control in our main bedroom, it did not work well and the room was stuffy and very warm. In fact, we had to remove the comforter and it made for a terrible sleep. While I am a big fan of the Four Seasons, this room was definitely not up to par.

I want to recognize the outstanding guest service provided by staff member Julia Giannini during our stay in January. We have always been loyal Four Seasons patrons and have numerous examples why it is one of our favorite hotels however; our recent experience was beyond exceptional. We recently celebrated our 30th anniversary. Like many couples we lead a busy life with careers and kids, but despite our last minute anniversary plans to stay at the Four Seasons, it ended up being a memorable event. Upon check-in we were delighted to be greeted by Julia, who evidently had done a little homework on us. Julia warmly greeted my wife and I, extending a heartfelt congratulations on our milestone anniversary. She also acknowledged that we had spent many anniversaries at the FSH and we also discussed the fact that we also spent our wedding night 30 years earlier at your old location at 21 Avenue Road. Julia escorted us to our room and had a contagious excitement about our plans for the evening as she sprung the doors open to our beautiful Suite (WOW) and ensured that the Champagne was cold and open for us, making us feel like the most important people in the world. We were all caught up in the moment and quite overwhelmed. It is people like Julia and the service that we continue to experienced that validate why the Four Seasons Hotel is our hotel of choice when visiting Toronto (and elsewhere). What an exceptional team member at the Four Seasons, we truly felt that she enjoyed going above and beyond for us as much as we appreciated the experience, and given what a wow experience that wasā¦that says a lot!

Everything was more than we could have expected. Specifically the service was amazing. A special thanks to Carolina and Danae. That made our visit a perfect one! I want to recommend this hotel to everyone.

There is not one aspect of our stay that failed to earn a 5-star rating, which is not the case for many hotels in this category. From the moment you arrive, you are greeted by a smiling staff member who seems genuine when he or she offers assistance. At check-in, the front desk staff member, Laura, made an unsolicited offer to transfer my wife and I to a room on the top floor for a very modest fee--worth asking about it. The room very spacious with California king bed and sitting area leading into a changing area with more than enough storage space, and then finally into large bathroom. The furnishings are well-maintained and the room is spotless. The fitness facility is excellent. We did not eat at the hotel restaurant, but I am told by the locals that it is highly regarded. The hotel is well-situated: it is a short stroll to the Royal Ontario Museum, University of Toronto campus, and some excellent shopping on nearby Bay street.
