I came to the Omni for a work conference and holy heck, I am impressed with my company. What a beautiful hotel, very elegant. The staff were exceptional through the entire stay, the rooms were excellent, and oh lord, let me tell you how comfortable the bed and pillows were. I fought with myself long and hard on whether it would be worth getting fired just to stay in bed longer. I was also able to find time to visit the Mokara Spa in the hotel and it was the perfect way to unwind after the conference. I had the absolute best massage. I cannot wait to come back to the Omni King Edward.

Omni King Edward hotel is in the heart of downtown Toronto. The location just amazing near to everything. Plus many near by restaurants and food selection. Typically, we managed to walk to everywhere. Inside the hotel, the service and the details were exceptional. Friendly staff in every step. highly recommanded.

Enjoying a 4-day break in Toronto at the "King Eddie". Room is very nice with all the amenities you would require. Check-in was excellent with Alex who was very courteous, knowledgeable and professional during the process. He is a great asset to the hotel and creates a very good impression on arrival. Well done.

I found the bed not as comfortable A memory foam topper or mattress fiberfill mattress topper for a little more softness would be a more heavenly sleep

You may feel while you are there that you are having a Downton Abbey experience. Everything worked and you were treat like royalty.
