GOOD HOTEL, GREAT LOCATION AND GREAT SERVICE
Our experience at the hotel was fantastic. The hotel itself and the overall service were exceptional, and the location, right in the heart of Toronto, was simply perfect. But without a doubt, what we enjoyed the most was the attention we received from Vika. She is an outstanding professional, kind, attentive, and truly competent. Thanks to her, our stay was even better: she helped us choose places to visit, recommended great spots for dinner, and always made sure everything went smoothly. We sincerely thank her, from both my wife and me.

Beautiful and luxurious stay
The room was beautiful and especially the bathroom and dressing room were luxurious. The hotel restaurant serves very high quality food. There is a great gym and pool on site as well. I went swimming in the pool each morning and it was always clean and well kept with ample space to get a good workout.

Wonderful Place to Stay!
Wonderful hotel! Clean. Close to all amenities. We're were in town for the Jays game. Everything was within walking distance. Also a very nice patio on the second floor to enjoy. We will definitely stay here again!

Make your stay great with SOHO
The location is great as it’s almost in the center. CN tower is just 10 minutes walk away. The staff are lovely and supportive. They also helped in arranging to visit Niagara Falls; the process was smooth. SOHO apps make it even easier to do and make everything just through the apps.

A great experience.
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and responsive. The room was nicely furnished, clean and cozy. The bathroom was beautiful and I loved the heated floors. It was very quiet despite being two blocks from the Rogers Centre. I would definitely stay again if I needed to be in that area.
