We stayed at this Hotel because it was close to wonderland Andy had a pool!! Well the pool ended up being closed despite the lady at check in telling us it was opened till 11pm! I had very sad kids after we all were looking forward to an evening of swimming. When I voiced my concerns at check out, the lady passed it on to the manger, he never even came out and said a word to me! Bad professionalism! This hotel is very expensive to be charging for breakfast, and we did not even get bathroom amenities stocked nor coffee supplies stocked.

Just don't go to Cora's across the street. Bad food. Stay in the hotel where food is good and the same price as eating out. Loved the resto Luckee and Senses too. Nice staff.... You should not tell me how much I should write....loved it here

Whilst this was not our first trip to Toronto, it was the first time in a hotel. We decided to stay in the city, rather than with family, so that we could explore the downtown area a little more. We found the Soho Metropolitan SO convenient - excellent location. The hotel is new - has some fabulous artwork - great cafe and bar - our room was very spacious and luxurious. Staff were very attentive and helpful.

My husband booked the Soho Met for a fabulous birthday getaway. We attended 2 BlueJays games and the Soho was in the perfect spot to walk to the games. Our room looked out towards the CN Tower and Rogers Centre. The rooms were clean and very nice. Heated bathroom floors and extra large bath towels is a wonderful treat. Staff were very pleasant and the dim sum tasters we had after the baseball game in Luckee was VERY delicious sad we didn't eat there for a full time for sure. Just around the corner is Wayne Gretzky's Bar as well as the Wahlburg brothers restaurant Wahlburgers which has great burgers. A 5 star getaway in TO!

This hotel is in a great location in the entertainment district just 5 mins from the Rodgers centre and 10 mins from Union Station. Our inside room was on the 4th floor overlooking the fitness centre and a patio. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and the room had nice little touches like electric drapes. Staff were all very friendly.
