Good overall stay and location great
Excellent stay at this hotel as room was clean and staff very helpful and proactive. As to was the location as it was walking distance to the main station Union station, shops, restaurants and food court. Areas was quiet and no issue. Transportation was excellent as the metro and streetcars near by, although I prefer walking. Downside was the internal noise from my room as I could hear guest talking and feet movement and dog barking on a few nights, but not ongoing so no issue. Also the shower temperature took a while to heat up. Overall the downsides did not ruin my stay in the hotel. Would stay at this hotel again.

Friendly and efficient staff, excellent facilities and room standards very high. We found the location to be very good as a base to visit the city.

Best pillows ever! Great property
Central location, great sound proofing and super comfortable. The room was lovely and had everything I needed. Amazing pillows and the staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommend. Worth every cent.

Great room, fantastic features, excellent location.
The location was great for access to the Metro Toronto Convention Centre. I had a second floor room. The heated bathroom floors were a great feature and I also enjoyed the bathtub as the weather was quite chilly. The walk in closet allowed me to keep my luggage out of the way. There was a dog park down the street so I also enjoyed the dogs walking by. The Well is also just a 5 min walk which was great for grabbing food and a little shopping. There was in room coffee which was great for my 5 am coffee.
