SoHo Metropolitan Hotel

We were visiting Toronto for a long weekend get away. Our stay at SoHo was exceptional from beginning to end. The staff were professional, welcoming, knowledgeable, and always eager to help, making us feel genuinely valued throughout our visit. The rooms were immaculate, with every detail thoughtfully planned for comfort and convenience. Luxurious touches such as heated bathroom floors, electric curtains and blinds, and the nightly turndown service made the experience feel truly special. Returning to a refreshed room each evening was a wonderful touch. The hotel’s downtown location is excellent, with many of the city’s most popular tourist attractions within easy walking distance. It made exploring the area incredibly convenient. We also appreciated the amenities within the hotel. Moretti Caffe was perfect for coffee, hot and cold beverages, and light snacks throughout the day. Having an excellent in-house restaurant (Pizzeria Moretti) meant we could enjoy a delicious meal without leaving the hotel whenever we preferred to stay in. One of our favorite features was the beautiful second-floor terrace. It’s a peaceful oasis where guests can relax outdoors, surrounded by gorgeous flowers and lush greenery—a perfect escape after a day of sightseeing. Overall, SoHo combines outstanding service, luxurious accommodations, and an unbeatable location. We highly recommend it and would not hesitate to stay here again.

A relaxing and upscale retreat from the hustle and bustle of Caribana. I came here to experience Caribana and ended up leaving refreshed and well rested. My city view suite was posh and well designed. The staff was attentive and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was everything I envisioned it would be. A superstar shout out to Khryzz, Xavier, and all members of the Concierge team for their prompt attention to all requests. While traffic and chaos were taking place outside, the SoHo provided the perfect atmosphere to decompresses. The turn down service was immaculate and the room was always spotless when I returned. I’ve now found my own personal Oasis when I come to town. I cannot recommend the SoHo and enough.

Good hotel, perfectly located near by CN tower, nice rooms with enough space and comfortable bathrooms, very good service, special thanks to Mr. Aakash from front desk, as he did the utmost to arrange a more quiet room for us. The Gym is very well equipped. The only thing we missed was a kind of relaxing area next to the pool, it is quite basic, but good to have.

Used to live in Toronto until I married and moved to the US. The Soho hotel exceeded my expectations. The front staff is welcoming and efficient. Hotel parking is easy to navigate. The room is clean, beautiful and spacious. The bathroom is huge , beautiful marble with a separate soaking tub. We visited for six nights in July so didn’t need the heated floor. The room has extras such as a safe, iron and ironing board, and an umbrella. The bathroom amenities are high end English brand Molton Brown which I adore. The towels are very plush and a Turkish brand. What a luxury. We aye at Morettis for dinner and it is the only restaurant that cooks a pasta dish as tasty as Rome. I was shocked. Even the pizza pasta pub down the street JZys accommodated us for the soccer/ football games. Serenity spa on Wellington sells Skin Ceuticals - hard to find brand. All in all I felt this stay was preferred over my previous stay at the Ritz Carleton. We spent some time in the salt water pool ( had a few jets) as well as the hot tub. The ladies change room has a steam room. The gym is loaded with equipment and quite busy. I was really empresses with the welcoming staff. You have a corner drug store if you need anything as well as a dollar store up the street( cdn chocolate bars anyone?).

The service provided was outstanding right from our arrival. Aakash was so helpful throughout our daughter’s wedding weekend and no request was too small.
