Overall, my stay was good and I was satisfied with the room. The bathroom was excellent - spacious and large, same as the dressing area. The housekeeping staff was the best I've experienced in my travels. They were attentive to the details of my living arrangements and cleaned accordingly. For example, I like my sheets untucked when I sleep, and they made my bed in a beautiful way that accommodated this preference. They were the best aspect of my stay. What frustrated me was that I paid extra for a room with view of the CN Tower. The marketing of the room had photos with a clear view of the tower. When I checked in, I confirmed that my room had a tower view and the front desk agent responded that I "kind of have a view" of the tower. I showed her my reservation and she confirmed that my room included a view of the tower but it's not a direct view and that she wanted to be clear with expectations. When I check into my room, I had a view but had to l hunch over and look up at an angle to see the tower. This infuriated me. I would've never paid extra for this view if they were clear about it. This is deceptive marketing, and I informed the agent of this but she simply shrugged her shoulders. Given this, I will not return to this hotel, despite loving the location and the housekeeping professionals.

One of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed in, best location for all the downtown excitement. Even got to meet Donovan Bailey in the lobby, what a bonus! The California king was so comfy. Staff were very polite and the coffee shop in the lobby had an excellent Raspberry Danish.

Fantastic room. Very welcoming reception and attentive porter. The restaurant was really good. We were a bit surprised by the wall decorations but the food was excellent. Breakfast in the cafe was only continental, but fine. Would definitely stay there again if in Toronto.

Wonderful hotel, in a great location for exploring everything that Toronto has to offer. Very pleased with the style and comfort of the room, with an extremely large and comfortable bed. The staff are very friendly and helpful too.
