SoHo Metropolitan Hotel

Used to live in Toronto until I married and moved to the US. The Soho hotel exceeded my expectations. The front staff is welcoming and efficient. Hotel parking is easy to navigate. The room is clean, beautiful and spacious. The bathroom is huge , beautiful marble with a separate soaking tub. We visited for six nights in July so didn’t need the heated floor. The room has extras such as a safe, iron and ironing board, and an umbrella. The bathroom amenities are high end English brand Molton Brown which I adore. The towels are very plush and a Turkish brand. What a luxury. We aye at Morettis for dinner and it is the only restaurant that cooks a pasta dish as tasty as Rome. I was shocked. Even the pizza pasta pub down the street JZys accommodated us for the soccer/ football games. Serenity spa on Wellington sells Skin Ceuticals - hard to find brand. All in all I felt this stay was preferred over my previous stay at the Ritz Carleton. We spent some time in the salt water pool ( had a few jets) as well as the hot tub. The ladies change room has a steam room. The gym is loaded with equipment and quite busy. I was really empresses with the welcoming staff. You have a corner drug store if you need anything as well as a dollar store up the street( cdn chocolate bars anyone?).

The service provided was outstanding right from our arrival. Aakash was so helpful throughout our daughter’s wedding weekend and no request was too small.

We had a fabulous stay at Soho Hotel. The staff are amazing: friendly and so helpful in helping us navigate our stay / exploring the city. Hotel itself is perfectly situated for moving around the city centre. We will be back! Thank you!

Very kind staff. Beautiful room. Celebrating husband’s birthday & the concierge, Khryzz, was one in a million. She went out of her way for us to feel welcomed & my husband was blown away with the attention to detail on his special day. Thank you SoHo hotel for a wonderful stay. Entire staff was amazing, from the front desk to the great job housekeeping did with our room. It must mean one thing: Great management! Love your hotel!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were very accommodating and even personalized our room as requested. They prepared our room earlier than the check-in time, which we really appreciated. We were also pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade from a Luxury King Room to a Suite, which was absolutely beautiful. The decoration, seating area, and champagne were all excellent. Overall, the service was outstanding and made our stay very enjoyable.
