We’ll Come Back Because of Susie!
We had a wonderful stay at the Soho Hotel in Toronto! From the moment we arrived, Susie made us feel so welcomed. She was incredibly friendly, warm, helpful, and genuinely went out of her way to make our stay special. Her hospitality truly made a lasting impression on us. The room was beautiful, comfortable, and very inviting, and the hotel’s location was perfect for exploring Toronto. Everything about our stay was enjoyable, but Susie’s exceptional warmth and kindness are a big reason we would absolutely return. We would definitely stay at the Soho Hotel again — and especially because of Susie! She is a true asset to the hotel and made us feel right at home. Highly recommend!

concert stay
Upon arriving at the hotel, the staff was very friendly. Let me check in early and leave my bag with them, since I had a concert to go to. They made sure I knew which venue I was going to and that I had everything for the concert to get there and come back. The day staff were all really nice and conversed well with me in the lobby overall; an amazing place to stay at.

Rooms were very clean. Staff was friendly. Hotel hook us up with shuttle service to Niagara Falls and to the airport . Location was perfect for the blue jays games !!! Checked out 4 games ! Only 10 min walk !! 10/10 recommend !!

Fabulous hotel and location. Amazing staff.
Great location in Downtown Toronto close to the CN tower and BlueJays baseball ground. Staff were incredibly helpful. Room was spacious, comfortable (bed great) and quiet (we had a luxury king). The hotel has an indoor pool, large hot tub and steam room plus gym. The staff at the gym were great, again really helpful. On the ground floor there is Moretti cafe which serves breakfast (fab croissants and the best tea I’ve had on holiday!) and also delicious Italian sandwiches (or pizza) for lunch. Can recommend. Would definitely recommend.

Exceptional service with great room! Front desk went above and beyond, restaurant was great food and service and a nice boutique breakfast area. I would highly recommend for both pleasure or business as location is in a walkable location to most events.
