Exceptional service with great room! Front desk went above and beyond, restaurant was great food and service and a nice boutique breakfast area. I would highly recommend for both pleasure or business as location is in a walkable location to most events.

Great hotel. Convenient location, friendly staff. Just one issue.
This was our second stay at the SoHo Hotel. We love the hotel. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. The only complaint we have with the hotel is the beds. There were three couples in our party and all three did not like the bed. When you lay on it you roll to the centre and it was VERY uncomfortable. We mentioned this last summer but nothing was done to improve it. I hope if we come back to Toronto next year you will have taken this seriously. We will definitely ask before we book.

Exceeded expectations
We arrived early and they were able to check us in. It was clean and quiet. The room was big, and I think it had the biggest bathroom I’ve seen in a hotel.

The Soho Hotel: Our stay was only for a long weekend but my husband and I loved the location, the accommodations, and the staff. Cafe was really convenient too. It was perfect place to entertain our Toronto friends on a brief visit.

Best Luxury Hotel in Toronto
Amazing! The room is beautiful, the best service and wonderful location . The Soho is the best in TO! Attentive employees, clean comfortable room that gave a luxurious feel, as well as the bed being super comfy you don’t want to leave. It is conveniently located in the heart of toronto. We will be back for sure!
